I used Serve Rite to replace a broken down water heater and they offered the most competitive price of all plumbing companies I called. They showed up and quickly installed the unit with no issues.

A few weeks later I was having noise issues coming from around the unit and Chris came out to investigate. He tried one solution the first time he came out but turns out it wasn't the problem. Came out a second time to replace a possible malfunction part but that didn't resolve my issue. I called serve Rite a 3rd time with the same issue and Chris came out again to investigate, this time figuring out what the problem was. The problem wasnt with the unit or their craftsmanship.

Each time Chris came out, he was very friendly, respectful and professional. Ha talked through every step in detail and was very patient.

I would definitely use this company again for any future plumbing need.

They did a great job identifying the issues with our toilets and sink and fixing the issues same day. One of the toilets had water running after they'd repaired. I reached back out and they came within a few days to fix the issue. I will definitely use them again!
