I don't normally leave reviews - it's like unregulated currency lol. However this place was very professional. I discovered a toilet leak on Sunday, they got back to me on what they recommended to do that day. Their scheduler is amazing and helpful. It took a few conversations to figure out the details and schedule an appointment-and that was scheduled a day out - which was another blessing since it was right before a holiday. The plumber was on time and very professional. The job to replace the toilet was done efficiently and at a reasonable price. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business and would not hesitate to call them again.

These folks are truly fantastic. They came out quickly, identified the issue quickly and offered solutions. They are very transparent, easy to communicate and really appreciate how informative they are when providing their analysis. Highly recommend this company! My guest bathroom toilet started making a whistling sound when flushing and I started to suspect the fill valve. I called Serve Rite Plumbing & Rooter and they picked up right away. I describe the issue and the type of toilet I had and received a quote. The next day I had a service technician arrive to replace the parts inside my toilet tank. He was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the issue. He knew that since I have hard-water in my area the toilet parts can degrade over time. He took a few minutes to replace the parts in my toilet tank and the sound problem was no longer an issue. Definitely would use this service again, thanks for the help!

Responsive and Reasonably priced. Robert came to replace three faucets. After the work was supposedly completed, i found that there were leaks. I contacted Jennifer through yelp after hours and was still responsive. Robert came back the following day to resolve the problems. Overall, the job was completed although it could been done thoroughly the first time.
