This review is for the plumbing service back in April and August. This plumber did a great job on the repairs, with attention to details and care for his work. He also completed it very efficiently within a short time frame. He is an expert and very professional. I highly recommend Serve Rite and will turn to him if I need any plumbing work again. (^_^)

Chris at Serve Rite did a great job replacing our water heater. Our old heater ended up completely clogged with sediment and Chris was able to come out right away and get us set up with a new heater and accessories. I had a larger plumbing company come out in the morning and was quoted an absurd price to replace our existing heater. I checked with a few others but when I talked to Chris I immediately felt comfortable and knew he was the right guy for our job. He didn't pressure us into crazy upgrades like the others were trying to do and made sure we understood what was going on and what he needed to do in order for us to get back to normal. I'll definitely reach out to Chris and Serve Rite the next time we have any sort of plumbing need.

I called this company for a water heater flush. The technician came on time. He checked everything and found a anode rod damage and replaced it. He did a tune up and checked the water pressure and heat temperature. The technician Chris was very concerned, knowledgeable, experience and great customers service. This guy is awesome. Customer service is great. I am very happy to call Serve Rite and I will recommend it.

If there were 6 stars available, they would deserve it. My schedule is extremely variable so making an appointment to fix plumbing is challenging for me. Jennifer (on Yelp) was responsive and accommodating in making/switching multiple appointments. She was able to have Chris come over within 2 hours of contact. He is nice, well-informed, professional and honest about his work. They charged a very fair price compared to other Yelp Quotes. I will be using them in the future for anything plumbing related.

Thank goodness I found this company! After having one company say they couldn't help and two others not even return my messages, I tried Serve Rite based on a Facebook recommendation. Jen called me back right away and was so helpful with getting an appointment set up. Chris came out and was really nice and very knowledgeable. He removed our broken water softener and explained water filtration options. He answered all of my questions about different plumbing and water issues in our house. Pricing was very fair, too.
