Jay and Randall showed up quickly and were able to find the water main, fix the problem quickly with a smile and laugh which we needed today after the line was broken! Mike from Servant Plumbing got back to me within 30 minutes and set up a same day appointment for this afternoon. We had a clogged bathtub drain from a combination of beach sand and hair. 10 minutes later he was done! The price was OK. I will be calling them again whenever needed!

I called late morning and Mike was able to get me on the schedule the same day. Marcus came and opened the kitchen ceiling to find a leak caused by air conditioning condensation. I had a leak in my kitchen faucet causing a flood of standing water under the sink. I called this morning and received a call back in 10 minutes. Incredible service! He made checked that it was not just a loose connection, and recommended that I get a new faucet before the technician arrived so I wouldn't need someone to come out twice. Jay called to let me know he was on the way, assessed the situation efficiently, and was able to replace the faucet immediately. I received a follow-up text a few hours later. This company is truly outstanding!

These guys are terrific! I just purchased a new construction home in Mount Pleasant and the plumber installed the waterline to the fridge wrong(so you could not connect it to the water/ice line on the fridge). I called these guys and they called back right away. They were able to send someone out the next morning(even though it was New Year's Eve)! The plumber came right on time and was quick and efficient. I am so happy to have filtered water and ice...and I am so happy I found these guys. Believe the reviews on Yelp....these guys are the best. I would definitely contact them again for any issues and would highly recommend them to anyone else who needs a plumber.

I called on a Sunday about a leak and explained that it was not an emergency they called immediately on Monday morning. They were able to get me in very quickly gave me a 2-hour window and arrived at the very beginning of the window. Marcus was very friendly quoted me within a few minutes a fair quote and we had the work done. Everything turned out great work was perfect check was awesome I highly recommend. If you have plumbing needs call these guys they do a really good job.

This is my 2nd 5 star review of Servant Plumbing because they are so good! If you need a plumber in the Charleston, SC area, I HIGHLY recommend Servant Plumbing. There is never an issue with them coming out when needed (we used them twice now and they came out SAME DAY) and the management and service technicians are top notch! They really care about the customer and go the extra mile to provide quality service. It is not easy finding trustworthy and reliable companies, but we will be using Servant Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs in the future!

When Louie says on his recording that he promises to get back to you within fifteen minutes, expect a call within fifteen minutes. And that's just how these guys work. They do what they say they are going to do. I woke up at 6:00 a.m. to find a 16 year old water heater leaking all over. Cut the water, cut the power, started it draining and called theses guys. Josh was pulling out of my driveway before 3:00 p.m. leaving behind a brand new water heater and a very satisfied customer.
