Their price was a bit high @ $175, but the soft water was returned to service by this firm for the second time in 6 months. It appears my attempts to ""fix"" the conditioner did not work.

I had a new water softener installed, my old softener was not a Serv-All product. However, after Jason came out and spoke to me about a water softener unit there was no question in my mind about having Serv-All install my new unit. Jason answered all of my questions thoroughly and honestly and made me feel very confident about using Serv-All. They were prompt in making an appointment for the new installation. The installer showed up on time, did a great job on the install, and was very clean, no mess. They removed the old softener, and again, answered any questions I had about the new unit and how it works and the programming along with being very courteous and very nice.
I will recommend Serv-All and their product, as I was very pleased from the beginning to the end of the process. Great company and people to work with besides having a great product.

They installed my previous conditioner approximately 16 years ago. My new unit was installed promptly and very professionally. No mess everything cleaned up nicely. I called Serv-All after ditching another company that we had been renting a water softener from for many years. Jason came promptly and spent time with us discussing options and prices. We selected a unit that was a good value and promised to save us both water and salt. It took less than a week to get the new unit installed and they did not charge us for uninstalling the old unit. We are delighted with our new water softener. It regenerates a LOT less frequently than did the old unit, delivering on the promises of reduced water and salt use. And the water is softer than ever.

I have used this company for 40 yrs. and have never been disappointed. I left for the holidays and arriving home, found that my water softener was continually running. I called and within 30 min. Jason was out and repaired it. Also, advised me that I really needed a new one as this one was over 20 yrs. old and out of date. I did order a new one. He arrived on time, installed it and cleaned up on the scheduled date. He was very professional and answered all questions. I definitely reccommend this company.
