Before contacting Serv-All Water Conditioning I already did my own research on the systems. Back when I was younger my father had a water softening system and it did wonders to our home and removed allot of the calcium build up, chlorine, residue, and etc all while leaving our shower heads and glass calcium free and our body feeling clean and soft.

When looking into Serv-All I legit read everyone's good and bad reviews. I first off have to say the negative reviews made me laugh as customer service depends on the person and the interaction between them and the business, so far I have not experienced anything negative nor even sensed anything coming off as unprofessional even a little bit.

A review should solely be about the communication between the business getting the right system for you and your family, cost, when a delivery date / tech install can happen, and what happens during install. I was given all exact information, starting with my system of choice, to cost, and the day of install.

Well needless to say my experience was easy as can be. Like I stated before knew what I wanted and already knew what the costs were. Janet and Michelle's communication skills were on point along with their helpfulness in explaining the systems and what my best options would be. The date and time when a tech would arrive was legit the very next day.

Before the Tech arrived I was given a professional common courtesy to let me know the Tech was on his way to our home and what's funny was soon as I hung up, not even 5 minutes and the Tech was at my house. The Tech explained what he would be doing and what he would do to our sink to get our reverse osmosis to get working. Despite not having the part handy he had to come back a few days later to which I felt zero rush as I was not in a rush to buy the system and this did not affect us either way as we have drinking water already.

The Tech did wear his baby diaper or maxipad despite me telling him he did not have to wear one. He was very professional the entire time and explained everything in detail about our system and the reverse osmosis system. I did not need allot of info as I didn't even have them come to my home to show me their products as I grew up around the systems.

I would highly recommend Serv-All Water Conditioning to anyone as you pay for what you get. This is a Family Owned Business which I first off like as there is an understanding like a family and your not just treated as a number like from large big businesses that attempt to sell you the world and make false promises.

To point out I am big on communication and this business by far met this expectation. Promptness, professionalism, courtesy, explanations, and etc is what I was given.
