UPDATE: Serv-All called and texted in response to my review to resolve but it really shouldn't have taken a review for them to make attempts to resolve the issue. The voice message they left repeated the sentiment that the pipe was leaking was not their responsibility, so I did not respond, because I had already decided to move on to another company more qualified to handle these installations.

I still have not gotten an answer as to why, if Serv-All does not do plumbing, did they install PIPING for WATER DRAINAGE from my water softener to the drain in the wall at all, instead of having me call a plumber to do it from the get-go? The answer is simple, if I called a plumber to do piping for a water softener install, they knew I would find another company who sold the same products but were certified plumbers, and they didn't want to lose the sale. And that is what happened when I called a plumber to fix their install, I found a company that are certified plumbers who sell the same products and back up their work. They came out to look at the leak, even they told me that Serv-All shoud really fix it since they installed the piping. During their visit, I ended up getting a NOVO water filtration system from them, so the owners comments about the filtration system causing the leak is simply wrong. It was already leaking prior to that install, thats why the other guys came out at all. So, when I called Serv-All, the tech that came out said, you guessed it, ""we dont do plumbing"". He subsequently presented me with a document to sign that says they arent responsible for their installs, how convenient . I have since replaced the water softener they installed with one from the other company, that is how much confidence I had in Serv-All - none.

Whatever narrative Serv-All tries to spin on this, the fact is, this is how their handling of this made me feel, as a customer, such that I was willing to pay to completely overhaul their piping and water softener (which worked fine) install to go with another company that was certified and able to do plumbing. The peace of mind was worth it.

ORIGINAL POST: If I could give these guys zero I would. $2000+. They installed a water softener which needed piping to reach the drainage trap but that is now leaking. How is it they are able to install piping but now that the piping they installed is now leaking, they won't fix it?

They installed a new Reverse Osmosis system under my kitchen sink and a new water softener yesterday! The technician Shawn Johnson (Rating 5.0/5 rating) was amazing! . He installed my water treatment system perfectly and was very professional and very polite. He then went over the systems with me and what to do if there was a water leak in the future. Michelle explained their water conditioning system and e-mailed me about their different systems and gave me a quote and was very informative and professional.

We bought a new home and called around to a few different companies to get quotes and to compare water softener systems. We ended up going with the conditioner unit with Serv-All. I called around 11am to schedule an install and they were able to get someone out same day to do it. Shawn was quick and knowledgeable about the unit. I had some follow up questions post install and Michelle was more than happy to assist me. They even followed up with a hand written note thanking me for my business. In march 2020, we ordered to install a water filter that goes under the sink. We got the information from a friend who have had the service for years. We recently built a home in 2020 that came equipped with a soft water loop. As a new homeowner, a water softener was truly at the bottom of my list of things to do. It wasn't until recently I noticed how hard our water in Vegas really is. The amount of hard water deposits and mineralization I was finding around my faucets, shower heads etc was alarming. I knew my pipes were at risk of severe damage, if I didn't get our water figured out.

I started googling trusted water conditioning companies in Vegas and saw great reviews for Serv-All. I requested a quote online, and within 5 mins I got a call! I wish I could remember the girl's name on the phone, I want to say Emily, but could be totally wrong. Regardless, she was beyond supportive! She answered every question I had and made the best suggestions for our home and family size. She explained every option in great detail, given I know absolutely nothing about water treatment. We ended up going with the mini vortech! I also added the conditioner to it as well.

After we made our final decision on which softener to purchase, she set an appointment for the very next day for Shawn to come out to do the installation! They sent confirmations via text and email, which I really appreciated. Shawn was right on time, and quick with the installation! It took about 45 mins to one hour! He gave us a full breakdown of how to use the softener, when to add salt, and all other important info necessary! They also add your first two bags of salt for free!

About 8 hours after the installation, I took a shower and literally WOW. Our water feels so nice, you really can tell a HUGE difference. I actually feel moisturized after getting out of the shower, my skin and hair are also noticeably feeling better!

A few days later I received a HAND WRITTEN thank you letter from Serv- All. I was so impressed by this, because I feel, it's so hard to find GREAT customer service these days. But Serv- All has exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I am so beyond impressed with their quick, responsive, helpful customer service, their products and the trust they build with their customers. I am so happy we chose Serv- All! Thank you so much!
