This idiot came in and ruined my carpets in the next room. He had dirty toilet water pouring all over the bathroom floor and didn't shut it off until I notified him that the carpet in the next room was getting soaked. How incompetent can you be and very unprofessional. Unclogged the drain but not before ruining my carpets and costing me more money to have the water extracted from the carpets and having them steam cleaned. A competent plumber would have never allowed water to just pour out all over for minutes on end without putting a stop to it until you bring it to his attention. Complete idiot!
