Recommended Customer Reviews
24/7 Plumbing was amazing. I contacted them for an estimate for a water softener drain installation. They were able to accommodate my scheduling needs, showed up on time, and provided me with an estimate. Once I confirmed that I would continue with their plumbing services I was scheduled for my preferred time. The technician came out re-evaluated and made sure that we were going with the best option for the drain. The process was explained to me and the work was completed in the estimated time. Bill did our estimate and Mark completed the work. Both technicians were professional and open to any questions or concerns I had. I was treated with respect and not taken advantage of like I had by other companies. 10/10, will be using their services again.
Sydney S.Dan came out and replaced our water heater in December and really did an excellent job. He was very professional and friendly and the price was reasonable. Before he left, he explained everything really thoroughly.
We'll definitely be hiring Seriously 24-7 again!
I had read the positive reviews and had hoped that I found a Company that would address my needs. I own a rental property and the tenant had called and said the basement floor drain had backed up. It wasn't raw sewage, but more rainwater. I have had issues over the years with tree roots getting into the sewer lines. I do have a sump pump system in place so there was only about a half-inch of water on the floor, and it did not even cover the entire basement floor. The tech came out and called me. He told me that I had to first pump all the water out of the basement before they would clean the drain. He suggested a restoration company come in to perform the work. I was charged $89 for the service call. The tech said if they came out after the water was pumped out, the Company would deduct $89 off the clean-out bill. I don't understand the Company's standards. If you have a backup, isn't that why you call them out? Do all of their jobs have to be perfect with no standing water before they start? I guess they were satisfied with making $89 for simply showing up and telling me their requirements to perform the job.
I've never heard of a drain service company requiring all the water to be removed before they start. How many drain service companies arrive on a job and expect all the water has been removed?
Yes, they responded fast, took my money, and left with my cash.

Cory G.These guys really put in the work to get me all set up. Called and had someone on scene ready to go in less than 3 hours. What I thought would be a small repair turned in to small project. As a new home owner and a young guy it feels daunting having your first major issue that you can't handle on your own and I'm glad to have had these fine fellows backing me up.
Mark W.They were very responsive to my request. I didn't give them a good value because when I inquired about the visit they were going to charge me $99 for the visit and assessment. Which was the highest of the company's I spoke with. They wouldn't give me that $99 dollar credit if I selected them to do the work. However the other 2 companies I contacted would give me the assessment cost credit if I chose them.
I didn't choose them to perform the work so I cannot speak to their quality.
Called them at 730 and someone was at the house by 915. They diagnosed the problem and fixed our water heater! Very polite, knowledgeable, and FAST!
Mark was outstanding! He was very helpful and explained the process in depth so that I understood everything he did. He was very professional, skilled and efficient. I appreciated his time and efforts in fixing my gas leak.
Renee G.I was glad with quick timing and communication regarding how soon tech would arrive etc. however: I told them over the phone that my home was Red Tagged by Gas company (shut off) ...I said I need someone to figure problem out tonight hopefully -receptionist is polite and says that they can come out and assess the issue and determine where leak is tonight-and fix issue tonight as long as no foundational digging is needed...there is a $139 fee for coming and figuring out your situation. I say ok great and set apt. The tech arrives (but salesman is better description) and he comes in, asks where leak is-we say we have no idea .. he takes pictures with iPad of every gas pipe/fittings and says ""yeah I mean it's ""to code"" but it all needs replaced, if you want to find where your gas leak is its $989 for diagnostics and then cost to fix. Here, I'll email you quotes for cost to repair certain things and cost for total replace""
Then asks me for my $139 service fee,
I literally feel like I just paid a salesmen to pitch to me
I had great experience with Seriously 24-7 fixing a leaky faucet. They were very professional, very well planned and organized, punctual, and efficient. Price was very reasonable.
Adam B.Appreciated the prompt response. They were not kidding about being 24/7.
Loved the text with a picture and description of who would be stopping by.
Service was great. Repairmen were approachable and happy to go through the details and answer multiple questions.
10 out of 10 would recommend and will be calling again if I need assistance in the future.
