I made an appointment for Alvin to clear 2 bathroom sink clogs and to diagnose what was happening with the rust colored water coming out of the hall bathtub faucet. I was concerned there was a greater underlying issue needing attention. The sinks were easy for him to clear. Next, he asked several questions to determine if the tub's rust-colored water issue could be connected to the water heater, the type of pipe in my home, and/or if it was occurring elsewhere in the house, then he knew exactly what he must do when he returns for a second appointment. I was totally impressed with his knowledge and experience, professional demeanor, customer service, and quick capability to determine the problem. Alvin comes highly recommended by my close friends who said Alvin helped them with a complicated plumbing challenge. I find his prices are reasonable, he was punctual, and the quality of his work completed today is outstanding. I really appreciate the time he took to explain what and why the sink clogs occurred but especially diagnosing the issue with the discolored water coming out of the tub's faucet. The worry I initially had about an expensive fix for a greater problem is gone.

Al came out to give us a quote a couple of months ago for our leaky toilet tank, but I was low on funds at the time, so I was really happy to get a complimentary quote, a recommendation for an affordable toliet, and a TON of good advice. Once I had the funds, I asked if he could come back out to install it, and Al came over to our house first thing after the weekend! He got the install done expertly, and he went the extra mile and cleaned up around the flange where the toliet tank had leaked and pooled with water. He also made sure the toliet recommendation would be well-oriented under the countertop, so there's plenty of space on either side, as well as on top of the tank . The level of care he put into our repair was PHENOMENAL! :)

Using Home Depot I was referred to this amazing plumber! Within in a short time from giving our info to Home Depot, Alvin reached out to me asking to come out to do a free in-home estimate for our little project. Within a couple days he came out and immediately knew what needed to happen to make our little kitchen wish happen and promptly gave an estimate before even leaving. I agreed to the estimate and Alvin was able to schedule a date for the following week to do the job. Alvin kept to his word, called alerting me to his arrival then showed up on time and was ready to go. He worked efficiently and quickly, explaining the process and the measures he took just in case something happened. Then he offered to clean up which I declined knowing that he was immensely busy and thanked him. Alvin provided me contact info in case I needed to reach him.
