Using Home Depot I was referred to this amazing plumber! Within in a short time from giving our info to Home Depot, Alvin reached out to me asking to come out to do a free in-home estimate for our little project. Within a couple days he came out and immediately knew what needed to happen to make our little kitchen wish happen and promptly gave an estimate before even leaving. I agreed to the estimate and Alvin was able to schedule a date for the following week to do the job. Alvin kept to his word, called alerting me to his arrival then showed up on time and was ready to go. He worked efficiently and quickly, explaining the process and the measures he took just in case something happened. Then he offered to clean up which I declined knowing that he was immensely busy and thanked him. Alvin provided me contact info in case I needed to reach him. So far everything is working fantastically, thank you Alvin!

Great guy and very knowledgeable about his trade. I needed to have my under-mount granite sink replaced. I had a quartz counter top that I did not want to replace sitting right on top of it. He removed it like the pro that he is and didn't damage the counter top at all. It was clear to me that he really knew what he was doing. He also cleaned up after himself and didn't make a huge mess of my kitchen which I really appreciated considering how he had to break the sink into a bunch of pieces in order to remove it. I'll definitely be calling on Alvinus the next time I need a great plumber.

My bath tub was clogged, and Alvin came out to fix it. He was thorough in is diagnosis of the problem, friendly, polite, clean, and competent. He discovered a much larger problem under the house, and within an hour had the parts ordered, an estimate in my in box, and an appointment for repair scheduled as soon as possible. He hasn't fixed it yet, but Alvin has already earned my trust and my business. I will post an update after the job is complete, but expect to have nothing but good things to say. Alvin even worked with me to make the price affordable and fair. What a positive guy with a great attitude and fantastic service. He will be our Go To Plumber!

I found out about Serieux Plumbing from a friend's instagram post. Perfect! I was in need of someone to replace my garbage disposal. Quick pop to their website, I sent a contact me message. 20 min later on a Friday evening (when I have time to handle these things) and I had a clear price and was booked for next week. Alvin was on time for the scheduled appointment, and communicative, and made it a point to teach me how to service the garbage disposal so that, as he said, next time I call him it's not for the thing he just fixed. Highly recommend! Reliable, honest plumber - finally. I had a concrete slab leak in our home he walked just through the process didn't make huge holes or start cutting up my. flooring, - he did the job efficiently and repaired the leak same day.
