Sergio was very responsive and professional. Provided good advice about how he would address my leaky faucets. Once he heard the symptoms, he immediately suggested to replace instead of repair and provided very reasonable price. Arrived on time and got the job done quickly. He was spot on that my faucets were hard to turn due to wear and tear and rust. Repair would've been hopeless. If you have any plumbing needs, I highly recommend Sergio.

I have had Sergio do several projects for me in my home in the past few years. About a year ago, he replaced a copper pressure regulator in my front yard. He was professional and helpful. I was prepared to pay a lot of money for a big project just because of the loud noise reverberating through the whole house. But he explained it to me, and and I was so pleased it wasn't expensive after all.

He also helped me with some bathroom plumbing issues and now my kitchen sink. He's my go-to for any plumbing. I love how reliable he is.

Our bath tub was leaking from the second floor into the garage below. We had a couple of plumbers come to give us an estimate. Sergio was the only one who came at the beginning of the 1 hour timeframe window he gave, gave the best price, and came prepared to fix the leak. He was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I would recommend him to anyone. Courteous, wore a mask and booty over his shoes the whole time, remained professional, and reasonably priced. I am actually locking in his number so he can be our go to for any other plumbing needs.

My shower stall was clogged completely. After trying Liquid Plumber and Drano, an over the counter barbed hair retriever, and an 8-ft snake from a hardware store, none of these solved my problem. Sergio's professional staff, Danny, happened to be in the area completing a job; so he came to my house and solved it within 30 minutes. Danny even spent some time to give me tips to prevent future clogs or damage if I DIY. There is something to say when choosing a professional plumber compared to a handyman. I would highly recommend Sergio's for his company's quality and professionalism!

I have no reason to believe he does not do good work. I have every reason to believe he engages in a ridiculous level of price gouging. My sick elderly father was getting out of the hospital and his water heater was not working. Sergio came by and babbled some horseshit about how he didn't know what the problem was and he COULD order $700 or $800 worth of parts but it still might not work and then you can't return the parts. He suggested to just replace the 40 gallon water heater. I don't live in the same city as my father and had, coincidentally, just gotten out of the hospital with 6 broken bones from an accident. Sergio said it would cost $2400 to replace. Because my father (and his roommate who was home) didn't have a working water heater i agreed to this charge. I asked for an itemized receipt to see how much these different parts cost but he vehemently refuses to give an itemized receipt and he also says (i have direct quotes from him via text) that he does not charge an hourly rate either- he charges by the job. In other words- he tries to assess how desperate people are to get their plumbing fixed then slides an insane price right out of his ass. I asked a contractor friend who works on multimillion dollar houses in LA how much it should cost and he said about a grand. I asked a plumber here in LA that i know how much and he said max 1400 and that 2400 was INSANE. Because my father is sick and was just getting out of the hospital and does not have much money i asked if he would take 700 for labor (it took him 45 minutes according to my father's roommate). 700 for the 45 min is still INSANE. Do YOU make that much money?? He refused to take it and said he would go to my father's house and take back the water heater (his purgative). So i had to pay the whole amount which, admittedly, i did agree to. That's ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for 45 minutes work. If you think that's even remotely reasonably i suggest you hire Sergio to do your work. I'm sure he'll do a good job.

I had a urgent plumbing issue first thing in the morning before work. I worried about the cost, how Long it would take to fix and how my mother would be able to shower without our only safety accessible shower. I called Sergio plumbing and all my worries were alleviated. They came that morning, assessed and completed the work that day. The price was more than reasonable. I am so appreciative and they restored my faith in customer service.
