I highly recommend Sergio's Plumbing. They showed up right away, and salvaged my flooded water heater, and installed a new gas valve for $300. They were here for a couple of hours. Another plumber looked and told me I needed a new water heater. I called the manufacturer of the water heater and they confirmed what Sergio told me, and that the tank was still under warranty. I recommend Sergio. We called him in the morning and he responded quickly with a return phone call. He was doing an emergency job, so he let us know he would be able to come that afternoon. He called back to let us know when he would arrive as the time got closer, and when he arrived at the appointed time, he got the job done in about an hour.

Had a clog on the kitchen sink and called Sergio, based on great yelp reviews here! Price is reasonable, paid 90$ to clear the clog on the sink. He has the right tool for the job. Done in under 5mins. He arrives earlier as what we have agreed on, but I don't mind since I am home anyways. Took a star, for ease of contacting him. I don't blame him, he is a busy guy. He has a landline, that there are several times he fail to answer and when you leave a message, he forgets to call you back. Not a big deal but needs improvement on this part. Communication is the key! Some customers can lose patience and cannot wait for a call back, they can look for other competitors out there. Other than that, he is great! Will recommend to friends and family! Local business versus commercial that makes a huge difference! Thank you Sergio!

I called Sergio in a panic after a handyman I hired to hook up my new dishwasher and garbage disposal went MIA. The waste water was draining out to the air gap instead of through the disposal and flooding our brand new countertops. We originally thought that the handyman did not pop the ""plug"" on the garbage disposal allowing the waste water from the dishwasher to drain. Sergio was able to come over within 30 mins after my call and quickly diagnose the issue. The handyman had install the incorrect tubes and a few other funky stuff. Sergio was able to run to the hardware store and quickly repair the mishap. Within 10 mins I had a fully functional dishwasher. Yay no more hand washing!! Sergio was very personal and even gave me a few tips on how to take care of my garbage disposal and dishwasher to keep it in tip top shape for years to come. I highly recommend going straight to a professional plumber instead of trying to save money on a ""Do it all"" handyman. You will save $ in the long run. Sergio is the best and we will be using him in the future.

Sergio's plumbing came to my home the same day I contacted them, determined the source of the leak, and gave me a quote to make the repair. I was informed my city water department that I was using 700 gallons of water every three days. Of course they didn't make a recommendation on a plumber, so I jumped on Yelp and called Sergio's Plumbing. They were fast and efficient. They came and gave me a no charge estimate and informed me exactly what needed to be done. They even encouraged me to contact other plumbers to get estimates. After inquiring with other plumbers, I came right back to Sergio's. Their customer service was impeccable, and the staff informed all along the way of what they were doing. I'm throughly satisfied with the quality of work and will definitely use them again if I have too!!
