I had a urgent plumbing issue first thing in the morning before work. I worried about the cost, how Long it would take to fix and how my mother would be able to shower without our only safety accessible shower. I called Sergio plumbing and all my worries were alleviated. They came that morning, assessed and completed the work that day. The price was more than reasonable. I am so appreciative and they restored my faith in customer service.

Bought a house and realized there was no shutoff valve for my water. Was hoping to install a new faucet bit didn't want to flood my kitchen. Sergio was able to come the same day to take a look then install a shutoff valve and my faucet at a very affordable price.

In 2018 we had a new Whirlpool water heater installed. Oct of 2020 the burner went out and we called Sergio's Plumbing and they instructed us to contact Whirlpool to request a new burner and call them back as soon as we receive it. The part came in and we called them back. We have been dealing with plumbers for decades now and decided to walk our dogs while we wait. Our walks are about 20 minutes and we have never had an experience with a plumber that comes out in less than an hour. In the short time we were gone they had come out to the house. WOW. Talk about speedy service. We called and apologized and they were very understanding. They returned within minutes. Not only did they provide fast service, they were also very informative on how we should handle Whirlpool and were professional and extremely affordable. I wish I had submitted a review at that time.
It's Oct 2021 and once again the burner has gone out. Without hesitation we once again called Sergio's Plumbing and received the same outstanding service.
It is our greatest hope that they are able to stay in business for many many years to come.
We will never purchase a Whirlpool product ever again.

Sergio responded very quickly to my phone call. Was about a half hour. Fully appraised me of the work involved in removing and replacing my water heater. I was impressed with his knowledge and workmanship and recommendations. Once at my home to do the work it went quickly and smoothly. On top of that he is easy to talk to, friendly and courteous . . . as is his helper Danny. Highly recommend.

I called Sergio and he answered the phone! I needed a shut-off valve on the gas line to my kitchen stove. He came the following day to look things over and gave me pricing for a few options that might be necessary. The existing piping was crowded with a head-scratching unorthodox layout. The next day he came well-organized and got started. The work was completed within an hour (including clean-up) and the cost was in his lowest estimated range because everything executed simply and easily. He is knowledgeable and experienced and explained things as he went along. I will use him again.

Kitchen sink was clogged and in need of a plumber quick. My local Ace
