Because of the great yelp reviews, I gave Sergio a call when I found both my bathroom toilets backed up. The call went to voicemail so I left a message but kept making calls since this was quickly becoming an emergency situation.

After I'd made other arrangements, Sergio returned my call. I appreciated his professionalism and the fact he got back to me as quickly as he could. While I didn't use his services this time, I would definitely consider calling him in the future.

My kitchen sink and laundry drain system was clogged up, called this person and don't even a call back or text... his voicemail says that he'll call back as soon as possible, but I guess he still busy after 3 weeks....
Ended up going to home depot, buy tools and do it myself...

Great plumber and gave great advice. I've been having problems with a slow or clogged drain off the kitchen sink since I bought my house. It's an older house from the 40's. Sergio recommended a full cleaning and not just a snake and the results are amazing. If you saw the stuff (and the smell) that came out of that drain, you would immediately understand the problems I had. After the cleaning, I ran the water for several minutes and not a hint of clog or slow drain. He arrived timely and his prices were reasonable. I highly recommend.

I called Sergio's because I thought I has a problem with my water heater. Sergio talked to me for a while and it turned out I didn't have a problem after all, it was acting normally. I like the fact that he took the time to explain things to me and told me not to waste money on a useless trip. He sounded very knowledgeable and he is definitely the person I will call next time I have a plumbing issue (and they seem to come up about once a year). I like having a person I can trust to do repairs right and not charge for unnecessary services.
