Sergio was super responsive on Yelp and via text messages. I had to coordinate with my Landlord and he was more than happy to send email me a price quote and wait until I was ready before doing the work. Once I was, he was willing to visit in the afternoon and finished replacing the pipe under the sink in about 15 minutes. Reasonable prices and excellent service. Highly Recommend!!

Sergio is great! He has the knowledge and expertise to get the job done. He responded immediately to my inquiry, We had a short precise conversation about my dripping faucet, I texted him a photo of it and he arrived within a hour with the correct part and got the job done quickly and properly. My faucet no longer leaks and it actually works better than it did before.

As with many of the other reviews, Sergio was fast to respond and fast to come out and fix my problem, which was a leaking water supply line underneath one of my units. It happened on Father's Day weekend! I contacted him Saturday evening and he was there Sunday morning, on Father's Day! How many plumbers are willing to do that! He is very professional, honest, respectful of your time and reasonably priced. He well deserves a 5 Star rating! I highly recommend him. He'll be the first one I call with any of my future plumbing needs!

I was replacing a very old washer and dryer, and Best Buy couldn't install it because I needed an updated gas line and replacement of both water valves. I did a Yelp quote request. Sergio was the first to respond (less than 5 mins) he gave a reasonable quote and could fit me in the same day. He completed the work quickly and cleaned up not only his stuff but also my stuff that had fallen behind the unit over the years. I am very happy with his prompt response, knowledge, and friendly attitude.

Sergio is the real deal.

Woke up to my bathtub backing up with gross dirty water. I reached out frantically to plumbers on yelp - Sergio responded within minutes, accurately diagnosed that it was a building problem and came over within the hour.

My HOA refused to take responsibility at first, but Sergio calmly explained how the sewage line got backed up. Initially I was the only one in the building to complain but eventually others had problems.

Despite the condo HOA management being kind of rude to him (questioning his credentials, etc.), Sergio handled the situation with a lot of grace and professionalism, while still being firm. In the end the HOA had to admit he did an incredible job.

He got his crew to come out and drain the backed up sewage pipe whithin a few hours. The turnaround time was remarkable. If you have a time sensitive plumbing emergency - look no further.

As a new homeowner, I am so glad to have found someone like Sergio - he will definitely be the first call I make for any future plumbing issues or jobs.

Don't be fooled by the small amount of reviews - Sergio works maintenance/plumbing for a few buildings and this is his side business or something new he's started. He's clearly very experienced and talented. I think this is why he was so good at diagnosing the issues in an 80+ unit building and handling it super fast.

So glad Sergio was the first person to respond to my quote request - you dream of finding people this good at what they do.
