Really happy with service. Super quick response and scheduling time. My toilet leaking, bathroom sink and tub all leaking. Sergio is a knowledgeable technician who provides honest recommendations and options for repairs. Great quality work and fair pricing. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could. Sergio is the real deal.

Woke up to my bathtub backing up with gross dirty water. I reached out frantically to plumbers on yelp - Sergio responded within minutes, accurately diagnosed that it was a building problem and came over within the hour.

My HOA refused to take responsibility at first, but Sergio calmly explained how the sewage line got backed up. Initially I was the only one in the building to complain but eventually others had problems.

Despite the condo HOA management being kind of rude to him (questioning his credentials, etc.), Sergio handled the situation with a lot of grace and professionalism, while still being firm. In the end the HOA had to admit he did an incredible job.

He got his crew to come out and drain the backed up sewage pipe whithin a few hours. The turnaround time was remarkable. If you have a time sensitive plumbing emergency - look no further.

As a new homeowner, I am so glad to have found someone like Sergio - he will definitely be the first call I make for any future plumbing issues or jobs.

Don't be fooled by the small amount of reviews - Sergio works maintenance/plumbing for a few buildings and this is his side business or something new he's started. He's clearly very experienced and talented. I think this is why he was so good at diagnosing the issues in an 80+ unit building and handling it super fast.

So glad Sergio was the first person to respond to my quote request - you dream of finding people this good at what they do.

Sergio was fantastic. I had an unusual situation with a chemical smell coming from my bathtub drain. This has been going on for awhile after our bathtub reglazing and I was panicked.

He came by on short notice the same day and because I also thought we may have a clogged drain and maybe chemical got stuck down the drain, he came to assess. He didn't feel there was a clog, but didn't charge us for his time, and furthermore, he reached out to a contact of his who does tub reglazing to give us his thoughts on the situation with the smell.

Sergio truly went above and beyond to help us, even providing us his friend's number if we had further issues. He also didn't charge us or do unnecessary work when he assessed this wasn't a plumbing issue.

Seriously a class act and was so helpful, professional, courteous, and kind. I highly recommend him as he's clearly a trustworthy individual and cares about his clients.
