My front door had been having problems closing and opening for years. It recently had gotten so bad that I could barely open it or lock it anymore. Serg did a fantastic job repairing the door down to the frame. He made it open and close easier than when we first moved in. Reasonably priced and did the job quickly. He does not speak a lot of English but it was not really necessary and we were able to communicate all important elements effectively.

Bought a new home in the area and requested some work performed on the house: rip out carpet and put tile in bathrooms (gross, I know!), take out a french door and put up a wall and hang a new door, remove brick from our fireplace and make it look nice, etc. Essentially we handed Serg a laundry list of tasks we wanted him to do and he more than exceeded our expectations on speed and quality of the work, as well as being very affordable for what was done.

Needed a project done quickly, installing a pool safety fence. Serg was able to start less than a day after I asked him, got it done in just over a day, looks and functions great. Accommodated me needing to add a couple of things (took out old diving board). Very reasonable hourly. Would definitely hire again.
