They are a Christian company& were polite& professional. They did not complaints, even though it was very, very HOT....

Warning - DO NOT USE ROBERT AGUILAR SERENITY ART OF PLUMBING. Super long story. He replaced my water heater, fine no problems. Two weeks later I had a hot water line leak under the slab. Called him he came out looked at where I pointed I had hot floors and said it was slab leak and explained repair process. I got the estimate paid $1080 which was some sort of percentage upfront (I know I read all y'all's comments don't do it). Since he had done work on my house I thought I would be okay. After I paid my household got Covid so I had him wait until we were all negative on retesting. It was after this when I had some difficulty getting on his schedule. I called talked to Laura, who just seems to always have one response " I'll talk to Robert", I sent text messages asking to be out on schedule. Finally he comes out again to just look now my floor is damaged and he says he would recommend this company that will pay him and they will fix the damage and wouldn't cost me. Get a call from that company got their name and they were to come out the next day. I googled them and found toomany bad reviews so I cancelled the appointment, called a contractor that had done work on my house before cause I was concerned about my floors. He immediately said you need this fix ASAP. He immediately started working on finding the leak then the plumbing crew came. After that is fixed I have now been contacting Robert for a refund and nothing. I have been trying to get my money back since September!!! I get dame response from Laura, or she don't answer, Robert wouldn't answer , until he finally did and when he did he said he would refund my money the next day...... I'm still waiting!! My whole flooring was damaged except the kitchen formal living and dining. I had to move out pay for hotels for two weeks until insurance approved housing. I need that money to live and survive this messed up ordeal. Pleas know he just got $1800 from me for the water heater two weeks prior to this mess. Im not done I will follow through with whatever legal process is next. Just thought I'd share because I really appreciate when others share bad experiences

Funny how his company motto is "FAITH FAMILY TRUST" Robert, we had faith in you and even though you were like family you broke the trust. We looked out for you when you most needed it to get your business going and in return you have at all cost evaded us. It is sad that I have to go this measures to get your attention. Pay us back the money that was loaned to you.

After 4 plumber calls, we still had no full diagnosis (but lots of expensive speculations), and we were left in the dark about our kitchen sink issue. Our awesome realtor found these guys. Wow! They blew me away. From start to finish, these guys were honest, caring, and showed they know their stuff. They were the 5th company out and fixed our problem!! I was so pleased with their attitude, approach, and knowledge. They explained every step and showed pictures of what they found in our plumbing lines, and never tried to sell an expensive service or tell us we needed something that we didn't. In the end, our problem is solved, something no one else could figure out. We will def be using these guys for any future plumbing need and will have them back at another time to clean our kitchen plumbing lines. Would highly recommend these guys! Thank you!!!

Wow. Where do I begin... Let me begin with the end- Roberto (Robert) Aguilar and Serenity's is a fraudulent plumber and company. He's currently under review by the TSBPE as well as multiple fraud groups. Robert takes deposit for work and never shows up after that. His team is non existent. It's that straightforward. No refunds, no communication regarding the work, nothing. A point blank scammer. Stay far away and read the other reviews here and on Google. It's the same thing over and over.

Rob is professional and excellent in finding the route of the problem and gets it fixed. He makes sure you understand the cause if it and answers all your questions. I was very impressed with his work. He is efficient and knows his work! I will definitely recommend him!
