P-trap replaced in Jan 2023. Started leaking again today Jan 2025 they wanted double to fix it and charge service fee for coming out. Should last more than two years. I wouldn't recommend them if you need something done right!

I am so glad that Serenity Plumbing was the first call I made when the shower faucet of the house my daughter just moved into started to drip. Being back in Texas, I was worried about a plumber who would take advantage of my young daughter's naiveté. But Chris did not. He walked her through everything he was doing, helped her locate important things in the house (like the main water shutoff valve), and she said he was incredibly kind and professional. He even went the extra mile to make sure she wouldn't have her water shut off for the next few days while we wait on a replacement shower head. Chris will be our first call for any plumbing needs from here on out, and we highly recommend him to everyone!!

After having a very questionable estimate from another local plumber (who even told us our electrical wasn't grounded), we called Chris with Serenity. He showed me where the electrical was grounded and debunked A LOT of false information we had been given. He was honest about the good and bad of what needed to be done and the timeline in which it should be done. He showed me photos under the house of what was neglected by previous owners when they remodeled. He explained things in a way that a person not in the trade would understand and even gave advice on things we could fix ourselves. He gave us a fair estimate on replacing some pipes under our tub and we had him do the work. He offered a free estimate. We got it in writing and payment wasn't requested until work was complete. He was always early for our appointments and was very personable and honest. As new homeowners without much experience hiring contractors, he provided us with a lot of information on things to ask, things to steer clear of, and things to look for. Highly recommend!!

Punctual, knowledgeable, and professional are the best ways to describe this company! Serenity Plumbing was assigned to us by our home warranty to assess an issue with our plumbing. On the day of our appointment, the technician arrived on time as scheduled. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions.
