I’m Lorenzo, a co-owner here at Serenity Contractors. After several years with some of the largest companies in the industry, it became evident to me that the priority was not on customers, and it absolutely was not on staff. It was primarily about financial gain of the organization. So, after a call with my service manager one day, hearing him state that he needed to produce as many prospects as possible that week, I understood that I had to move on and do better for my customers. This decision allowed us to build a workspace that we and our staff are excited about each day. That was how Serenity Contractors came to be.
