Having spent many years working for some of the largest companies in the field, it became clear to me that the priority was not on the people we serve, and it definitely was not on staff. It was primarily about profit margins of the organization. So, following a call with my service manager one day, listening him express that he needed to produce as many sales leads as possible that week, I understood that I had to leave and support my customers. This commitment allowed us to create a culture that we and our employees are excited about each day. That was how Serenity Contractors came to be.
