My name is Lorenzo, a co-owner here at Serenity Contractors. After several years in the employ of some of the largest companies in the industry, it became apparent to me that the focus was not on the people we serve, and it absolutely was not on the workforce. It was consistently about the bottom line of the company. So, after a call with my service manager one day, listening him state that he needed to produce as many sales leads as possible that week, I decided that I had to make a change and serve my customers. This decision allowed us to establish a culture that we and our staff enjoy each day. That was how Serenity Contractors came to be.
