My name is Lorenzo, the owner here at Serenity Contractors. After over a decade in the employ of some of the largest companies in the industry, it became evident to me that the focus was not on clients, and it certainly was not on staff. It was consistently about the bottom line of the company. So, after a call with my service manager one day, hearing him state that he needed to produce as many prospects as possible that week, I understood that I had to make a change and do better for my clients. This commitment allowed us to establish a culture that we and our staff enjoy each day. That was how Serenity Contractors was founded.
