I knew my hot water heater was on its last legs when I noticed rust residue around the tubs after deep cleaning. After calling several plumbing companies, I spoke with Luis at SER. He answered my questions as to why plumbing companies only sell Bradford White hot water heaters (because they are U.S. manufactured) and if the tankless water heater was an efficient option (it was not).

Within a couple of hours, Luis and his team were removing my 20-year old hot water heater and installing my new one. I appreciate their professional knowledge and their pricing. Compared to other plumbing companies I spoke. with, was able to save a couple of hundred dollars. I would recommend SER for plumbing services.

Luis was great! He was very communicative and his crew showed up and were very efficient. Replaced my water heater and hauled away the old one. Was done in maybe 2-3 hours. We went through Yelp to request several quotes for a toilet replacement and water pressure regulator. Luis was able to come out to scope the work, provided a quote an and completed the job within reasonable time frame. Luis and son arrived within the timeframe he promised. They were professional and cleaned up the work area after. So far our toilet works great and our water pressure is much better and I don't feel like I'm getting pelted by rocks.

very prompt reply and the prices are reasonable and flexible. He will provide you with different options such as labor only or labor+ materials. Yes- many subcontractors do this too but his options have more flexibilities and he will advise what type of matrix to be purchased.

Showed up on time and completed the project within 45 minute/( mine was a garbage disposal replacement)

Had Jose do a complete cooper line from street meter to a 3bd. 2bth. Home also a complete Gas line from outside meter all thru the house. His work was done on time well done with permits and pass the city inspection the first time. Very profesional work, respectfull, I also referred him to my brother for another full new Cooper line install. My brother was also happy and gave him another install. Prices are good & reasonable. Thank you I will always refer a good plumber that knows how to work and get the job done.
