Ser Plumbing is by far the most trustworty and reliabble plumbing company I've had the pleasure of dealing with during my home renovation experiences. For the project I had Luis and his team give me a quote on adding a bathroom to my garage. This would of course require extending the main sewer line and breaking up concrete along with the rest of 'the works' for a shower and full bathroom. I had many other plumbers come and give me quotes for the job all of which seemed way over priced and left me with no ore questions then answers.

Luis and his team were not only the most reasonably priced for the job but answered every questIon that same day. He and his team also would address every issue that would arise ( as things do when your dealing with a house built in 1940) immediately with me before continuing anything further. He is fair, trustworthy, prompt and responsible. I'll never use another plumber!

My family and I are so blessed to have been able to finally find a reputable license contractor who is honest, reliable and very responsible. We were in need of a license contractor because of a unique situation we had with our homes. Jose the owner even took his time to go with my family and I to aid us with city permits. I loved the immediate communication and the prompt responses I received from Jose. That was key for me, as I dislike companies who take hours or days to respond. He kept his word and kept me updated through out the duration of the project. When he was done the city inspector even reviewed his work and comment by saying ""perfect job"". Since then he continued to work on different projects and has always delivered in a timely manner and quality work. I can't emphasize enough that he is very reasonable with his prices. Wow! Incredibly fast response by Jose. He responded to a job I needed done within minutes, gave me a quote and came out within an hour. He was very professional and finished the job as promised. He set up text messages and an email that notified me of an estimate window, when he was enroute, and when the job was done as well as the receipt.

I was looking for a local plumber to repair a broken water main pipe under a concrete walkway. After receiving a few estimates from other plumbers and companies, I contacted Jose at Ser Plumbing.
Other plumbers came out and checked the area around the leak, and said that the entire main pipe from the street to the house would need to be replaced since there might be other issues with the pipe. I wasn't too sure they were being up front with me and what the actual issue was; it seemed to me that for them it would be easier work to dig the trench, replace the entire pipe (which is copper all the way from the street to the house), and get a nice big invoice ready for it. One plumber even told me that he replaces entire water mains all the time, making it seem like it's a default diagnosis.
For the estimate (free estimate by the way) Jose with Ser Plumbing arrived when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection of the problem area, actually put some thought into where the leak could possibly be coming from, and what the best way to repair it would be. He was able to isolate the area of repair, and provide a great estimate for the work to be performed (break up a partial concrete walkway, dig, repair the broken pipe, and pour new concrete down to finish the job).
Jose and another worker arrived the day of repair on time, with all the proper tools, and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the site the way they found it, and were professionals the whole way. These guys sure know what they're doing. I'm keeping their number for future use, and I urge anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumbing service to call Ser Plumbing. You won't regret it.

Even I made my appointment so early morning, he was flexible and came on time. I received multiple notice to confirm my appointment date and time. Communication was very clear and great from the beginning to the end. Every time I text them, I got quick response. He came to my place on time and finished the work while I was at work. I got pictures via text along with invoice to confirm their work. The price was reasonable and competitive. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely ask them again. I highly recommend this company!
