I will simply say stay away from this company! Also note that they have multiple entries on Yelp, but all the same guy, I don't know why they do that. We bought a house and the sewer ejection pump broke before we even moved in. I had no idea the house had such a thing in the sewer system so I was panicking with 0 knowledge and experience dealing with sewer problems. I sent many requests on Yelp and they replied. The guy named Manjit came to my place and he did dig out the tank where the broken pump is. Then he told me my sewer lines are all broken by tree roots, and the tank was leaking. He sent me a proposal to dig a new sewer line, along with fixing the broken pump, in the hefty amount of $11,110. I was in desperate hurry to get things fixed ASAP so I was ready to sign the contract and have him started. Then my husband said maybe we should ask for a second opinion. We were able to find another plumbing company. They ran a camera through my sewer pipe and studied the layout of sewer lines in my neighborhood, and told me there was nothing wrong with the pipes, the tank was not leaking, it is just an old pump that needs to be replaced! It is unbelievable how anybody providing professional services would try to rip off a customer by proposing to fix problems that don't even exist! So please stay away from this company!

I would not recommend them for septic tank pumping. Manjit showed up almost three hours late than promised, when it was getting dark. He said that he would not need a water hose, then requested it at 10 PM when I had to drag it to the septic tank location in total darkness. He ended up not cleaning the second compartment of the tank claiming that it is not needed. Manjit did not use a rake tool to break up the sludge and ended up using a lot of water.

These guys drove a long way and showed up on time to locate and clean the tank I couldn't get other vendors to service. They were thorough and fairly priced. Will use again at our other properties.
