If I could could give this company a huge zero I would. I called this company out to my hope to clean out my septic tank. their price was pretty fair that is why we used them. When they came they completed the job and left. a few weeks later my husband and I noticed water flowing out of the ground near ther septic while our sprinklers were on. I immediately called the septic company and basically their response was well while the technician was probing to Locate the tank he hit the pipe. """"we will not be repairing it. Please take time and research a good reputable septic company .DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Called Septic Tank Man Friday get scheduled for Tuesday for an """"annual"""" pump out. Arrived on time,did the job. Great local company. Fair prices. I'll be back about 3-4 years for another pump out, and in the meantime I'll tell my friends to use their services with confidence!

Be aware with this company. Communications are poor at best, takes them forever to respond. They replaced the septic tank , but those guys did a lousy job. Messed up my yard big time. And before u sign a contract be aware they bury the old tank in your own yard. In the process they damaged my sprinkler piping big time. Cost me $250 to repair sprinklers and $700 on installing sod.

We just purchased a home in the area. Contacted septic tank man for a septic tank inspection. I had contacted another company to obtain an estimate and was informed that in order to provide an inspection The tank would need to be pumped whether it needed it or not, resulting in additional fees. I called your company and was told the tank could be inspected without being pumped and would only recommend it be pumped if absolutely necessary. Because I just purchased the house I only had an idea of where it was located and made sure to explain that. Chris arrived at the appointment time and began the search. It took him 3 hours and calling someone to assist him but he never gave up. After it was located, located and inspected, Chris let us know that everything appeared in order and it did not need pumping for possibly another 2-3 years. I will definitely use septic tank man in the future. It is an honest and reputable company with hardworking technicians. Too bad 10 stars are not an option. Definitely will recommend to others

This company responded very quickly to resolving a pumping issue with our septic tank. Our hats are off to their septic engineer, TJ. He was just a wonderful young man to work with and very knowledgeable.

Not sure what has happened to this company. I used them a couple of times last year and early this year. They offered good service at a fair price. The last time I used them the receptionist was very rude and it was difficult getting a quote back. I just called a couple of days ago for another rental property I own and they never bothered to return the call.
