I have been using Scott exclusively for 10 years now. He is gold in my opinion. It is unusual to find a contractor that is not only knowledgeable in his/her field, but has customer service of the highest quality. He will make note to call me after a service to explain what he found and what is the best strategy going forward. He truly cares, and is not one of the typical Do the job and run. He has a thorough understanding of septic design, and is always a thorough investigator. Truly the best in his field!

Scott did some work on the house that we recently purchased. He was prompt with phone responses and helped us with questions about our septic and even offered to assist us with camera inspection of the system after some needed deck footing repairs. He had one of his workers stop by and show us the layout so that we didn't cause any damage when digging holes. It's really refreshing to finally deal with someone on cape that show up when they say and returns phone calls.

Had my septic pumped yesterday and although it's not a job I usually get excited over or make an effort to write a review, I feel compelled to do so here. I found Scott on the internet and liked what he said about always using an agitator as he pumps. Its basically a gas powered machine that mixed up the sludge with the water in the tank so he can remove most, if not all of the solids. Crucial if you want to take care of your septic. (And who doesn't given the cost of replacement!) I had some issues which former septic companies who kept raising their rates, and would do a poor job removing the solids. The last time was so bad (the contractor is now out of business) I thought my system might be failing. Turns out, all he was doing is removing the water and none of the solids.

Long story just a bit longer....Scott took his time, did a very thorough job, used a tarp to lay the sod and soil on to keep the grass is good shape, and even sprinkled some seed where he had to dig to access my system. Best part, his rates are the most reasonable I could find out of 6 other septic companies. Courteous, professional, reasonable and showed up on-time as promised. What's not to like? Highly recommend.
