Dewayne is simply the best. He will do the job right and complete. I inherited a huge problem with my septic system of my new house. It had been a rental so you can imagine what it had in there. A bad grinder pump, two broken covers on the tank about to fall in. Dewayne installed a secondary tank, alarm, pumped all that junk out of my tank and installed a new grinder-pump. I now have have a system that will last me decades. He saved me THOUSANDS of dollars by doing it right!!

This company is the worst! I called them needing a copy of an invoice and they couldn't even be bothered to return my call. I called multiple times and left multiple messages with different people with no success. Should not be a difficult request. Any reputable business has records of the work they do. Look it up and send an email! Honestly, what the actual fuck???

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever attempted to work with - hands down. I had an appointment to have my tank pumped out today. They were supposed to arrive between 8am and 9am. I called at 9:30 and was told that she was going to call the truck driver to see what was going on. I call again and they let it go to voicemail. They literally will not answer my call. Then I get a text 'The lady at the office was not supposed to book any calls for today we are very sorry for this the owner'. Seriously? You are a business. Pick up the phone and call. So I must assume that they are not coming to do the job I booked with them today. I have to assume, since no one had the courtesy or professionalism to actually return a customers phone call. Everyone makes mistakes - I get that but when it happens - you need to own it, apologize and make it right. Not these guys. Let the calls go to voice mail so you don't have to talk to the customer. Unbelievable.
