These guys installed the wrong grinder pump (not powerful enough to do the job). They also dumped 100 gallons of sewage in my back yard, see video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=22GatGibel8 (I also have soil samples from UGA to show this is sewage because they tried to say it was rain water that got into a closed tank!) These guys agreed to pick up the incorrect pump and give me a refund. Had the work done May 1, 2015, and I still have not received a check. If you are not happy with these guys please contact the state board of plumbers as I am doing.

I will read reviews before calling someone to pump my tank next time. I called Septic Medics with a tank that was in dire need of help. They came out same day! Once they opened the tank the price suddenly changed from 275 to 375 due to extra solids. Seemed fair so I agreed. Mistake because then they stopped short and left me with 10"""" of poo in the bottom. So call someone else or you will be left holding the poo too!!!!

WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I received a quote of $295 to pump my tank. When they arrived, the price was increased to $395. When I asked WHY it went up $100, Jimmy explained that SINCE I had called, prices had gone up. When I informed him I had only called 2 DAYS earlier .... (after a long pause) he said """"yes, prices went up over the weekend."""" When I said I wasn't happy with the increase, he got angry, grabbed his stuff and left without saying another word. I could not believe how rude and unprofessional this guy was! So after they left, I went online to see what other people had to say about this company (something I SHOULD have done BEFORE I even called!) What I found was other customers they did the exact same thing to. They will quote $295 over the phone, but when they arrive, the price increases 25%! How does this company stay in business?!?!?!?! When I posted a negative review on their Facebook page along with countless other bad reviews ... they REMOVED the entire """"customer reviews"""" section from their Facebook page so no one can see their bad reviews!

Called several companies SepticMedics quote to pump the tank was between thirty and one hundred dollars cheaper than any of the 5 other places i called. Equipment and employees looked very professional. They dug down to the tank opened both access doors, and pumped out the tank and cleaned the filter. Did as neat and clean a job as anybody could expect. Smoothed out where they dug, washed the dirt off the driveway. Very genuine ,down to earth, honest guys.

If there were zero stars, I would give that. My boyfriend and I were going through a house sale and needed a tank pumped. A neighbor recommended them and said he paid $195. So we called, and they quoted us $295 for some unknown reason. It was still $30 less or so than some others, so we agreed anyway. They came out, dug a hole in the ground to start, then called and wanted to know how they were getting paid since we were not on site. We said we could pay over the phone with a credit card or send a check, whichever was better. They gave the price then of $395! When questioned about why the price kept being different, they said the hole was a foot deeper than they thought. We said no thanks, you aren't going to come dig a hole and hold us hostage while you keep jacking up the price. My boyfriend calls back to talk to the office about what in the world was going on and why the price kept floating up in $100 increments. I listened to him call, and he literally very politely and sweetly got his name out and I spoke to someone yesterday about getting a tank pumped and they hung up on him. Don't waste your time, find a legit company.

Twice now I've called septic medics out to a emergency at my house, once to my parents, and once to my gf parents home. All 4 times I've used this company they were fast, professional, and fixed the problems for less then other companies quoted over the phone without even coming to my house. Septic medics came out, dug up my tank, checked out everything inside, fixed my problems, and even helped me clean up inside. All for LESS then other companies wanted to even get in their trucks! Highly recommended.

Septic Medics Rocks! If you are having Septic Tank issues, don't waste your time calling unprofessional, rude and shifty characters to come to your home that don't really care if your problem is fixed. Call the Septic Medics. These guys are AWESOME!! I don't know much about Septic Tanks so when my wife said our bathtub was backing up I told her lets get someone over here quick because I am not digging up anything in that yard, I even hate using the plunger for goodness sake. Well we got online and found their website. These guys really know what they are dong. They showed up in a converted Ambulance that had everything they needed to clear my drain and make repairs to my septic tank. I got an education about septic tanks and had my problem fixed in less than an hour!! These guys work fast and were extremely knowledgeable. They were worth every penny! I will be calling them back in three years to service my septic tank just to make sure i don't have any more emergencies! Oh and did I mention they gave me a 3 year warranty on parts and labor? Who does this? Well trust me, they are worth every penny! Call the Septic Medics. They get it done right the first time! I highly recommend this company! Stan Petterson

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They are the reason people say be cautious when dealing with septic companies! Took our money and didn't fix anything! Here's our story: We have had problems with our toilets flushing since we bought our home in 2012. After months of trying to fix it our self we decided to hire a septic company to come out and look at the problem since the only thing we hadn't inspected was the septic tank. After speaking with them they told us that this was definitely a septic problem and needed to be addressed ASAP. We scheduled them to come out that very same day. They showed up at around 7:30 PM and I asked them if it would be easier for them to come back out in the morning since it was already dark out. They assured me that it was no problem working at night because they had lights to help with everything. They got right down to business and checked the septic tank. That being said they did not even have a pump truck with them, only a """"fix it"""" vehicle. They told us that our septic tank was NOT full and that the problem was in the pipes that ran back towards the house. How convenient right? So now a $200 pumping was a $1500 pipe replacement. We were reluctant about spending the money but they assured us that this was definitely the problem and would solve our toilet issue. 30 minutes later they had dug up our yard and replaced about 4 feet of pvc pipe. They asked us to go flush the toilet to make the problem was fixed... IT WASN'T. If anything it made the problem WORSE! Being the """"nice, honest company"""" that they are they decided to take $200 off the bill and told us to hire a plumber. We did in fact hire a plumber who told us that the problem was with the septic tank. This is a joke right, wrong! We then hired a different septic tank company that came out and told us that the tank was FULL and should have been pumped years ago judging by the amount of sludge that had accumulated! They also told us that other septic companies will lie and say the pipes need replacing to get money out of people. They said quote """"that if the pipes really needed to be replaced then there would have been standing water in the clean out"""" which because of all the DIY stuff that we had tried previously we were familiar with the clean out and knew FOR A FACT that there was no standing water and that we had been taken advantage of. On top of all of that we called to discuss our situation with someone in charge. The first time we talked to the """"person in charge"""" they said that the owner of the company was away on vacation and he would get back with us to """"solve"""" this issue as soon as he returns in 3 days. About a week passed and they wouldn't answer or return our calls. We then decided to call from a different number and after the first ring he answered. When we told him who we were he pretending that his phone was """"loosing service"""" and hung up on us! How childish can you be?! We started looking into filing a small claim against them only to find out that this particular company used to called by another name and that the county closed them down so they changed the name of their business and moved to a different county! We ended up spending $3000 on something that shouldn't have been more than $500! BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE! This company is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and hire ANYONE else!

Called septic Medics to get extra line added to septic system. They broke the water main line into our house. Their employees never told management but told us they would return the next day at 8 am. So the next day comes and no employees show up to fix the damage they caused. We called main office and spoke to Ed who was extremely rude and only agitated the situation. We had no water and no idea when or if someone was going to fix the problem. So, I posted a negative review of this company on Facebook. Within 2 hours of me posting negative review on Facebook, the owner called and offered $500 to remove review. After I informed the owner that Ed had provided horrid customer service and I would not remove review, he began bringing up how ed was Vietnam veteran and how his bad service was allowed and tolerated and that being a veteran excused his poor customer skills. Left me without water for a full day and no communication about when or if they were going to fix. Save your money and call someone else!
