On man!!! I got accuracy same issues, problems, nightmares from this company, it was very true.... whatever people said on any reviews. finally I must called police , thank you Gwinnett county police officers for kickoff tony and his co worker . Please you guys better stay away from them, otherwise too late.

Tony and his crew did it again. As a real estate professional I look for reliable vendors and service providers to recommend. Tony will be the only guy I recommend.

We have had the exact same exact terrible experience with the company that the other negative reviews describe. They are absolutely terrible to the point of being criminal. They will sell you an incredibly pricey """"warranty"""" so you never have to worry about your septic tank issues ever again, but what that really means is that they put you on their """"do not answer, and do not call back"""" list. If you do catch them at a moment of weakness and the lying woman actually answers the phone, they will set an appointment and then just not show up and not answer the phone and the whole process starts over. Today we are giving up and calling another company. So, these dishonest folks win again. Stay away at all costs, Septic Express is basically a couple of crooks, a money and sewage collection truck and a ripoff waiting to happen to YOU!.

We had winter weather the day we put in a request through our home warranty. I waited over 24 hours to be contacted before having to contact them. They offered the next day between 12 and 2. Since my husband and I had lost so much time at work I asked for another time. They offered Saturday. No one showed, no one called, and my water heater had basically exploded in my bathroom over this 3 day period. When I called there was no answer, when the home warranty company had called the office and the OWNER, no answer. I understand we probably had a number of plumbing issue throughout Atlanta during this time, however that is just down right AWFUL customer service. I'm grateful I didn't take the day off Friday to sit around all day and no one to show up then. I can completely see why this company has poor ratings and will be sure that I never request service in the future, since I more than likely wouldn't receive it any way. Much appreciated.

My warranty company hired Septic Express to repair a custom shower for my tenants that a previous plumbing company was unable to repair. When Septic Express arrived at my rental property, they parked in my neighbors parking pad. When my tenant attempted to explain to the technician that he needed to move his truck, the tech became rude and immediately responded by saying they didn't want to do this work, and the previous company needed to fix it. The tech then left the property. Septic Express very quickly sent another technician to the property who indicated there were missing parts so the shower could not be fixed that day. The techs had access to schematics, repair instructions, and 1-800# for the parts supplier which they completely ignored. The warranty company tried to contact Septic Express numerous times to learn exactly what the missing parts were so we could order from the parts supplier. Once Septic Express finally responded, they claimed they did not know what missing parts were needed. My warranty company then hired Tru Flo Plumbing who was able to easily and quickly identify the missing parts, while working with the parts supplier, and complete the repair in a professional manner once the missing parts arrived. I could never recommend Septic Express.

This company will rip you off! They will tell you an upfront price and by the end they will tack on tripple the amount. Please do not do business with them. They are lyers and deceivers. I consulted with many other companies afterward and they all said it was a rip off.

We are supposed to have a warranty with them, but that means nothing. Anytime we call we get the same answer, """"We'll call you back"""". The person answering is also very unfriendly as if calling her is an inconvenience to her. Well I am still waiting on a call... I finally accepted that they were not going to honor the warranty or call back. So I had to call another company. Glad I did because it was an emergency and the other company came out fixed it. The other company will get my business from now on.

Horrible service. I picked them because they were the cheapest and now I regret so much. I got a new tank and drain field installed. A pretty big project. Took them forever to actually come out and do the job. I had to call and remind them over and over again. That was already a bad sign but since I already put down some down payment, I couldn't go anywhere else. After installing they left my yard a mess. Then a month later, some area on my yard started to collapse from the lack of dirt. I called them over and over again. Every Time, """"Stacy"""" would say I'm first on the list and they will schedule me right away. Or that she will call me right back after talking to James. No one ever called back. And I have yet to be put on their """"busy"""" schedule. It's been three months now. I emailed several time as well and they promise to come out and fix the yard and they never did. Now when I call no one even pick up anymore. Not trustworthy. Would 110% not recommend it to anyone.

I had a septic pump and inspection appointment scheduled for 2/27/2016 from 3 - 5. Never heard from the technician so decided to call. Stacy advised he was running behind and she would touch base for an update. Needless to say an hour later I was advised it would be another couple of hours due to the previous job running over. It would have been nice to know that instead of sitting around waiting! Decided to reschedule for 10:00a.m. the next morning (Sunday). We were supposed to be the 1st appt of the day. THE TECHNICIAN MUST HAVE MISSED THE MEMO AND WENT TO CHURCH INSTEAD...NO SHOW AND NO CALL!!!!!! Of course when I called I got the voicemail and told them to just cancel the appointment and I would find someone else to do the job. Looking to replace my entire system so their loss is someone elses gain $$$$$$$. They totally missed the mark on customer service!!!! If you value your time and want the job done DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS SERVICE PROVIDER!!!!!!!!

The Septic eXpress crew worked extensively to resolve my septic tank issue. It was delightful to watch their expertise and efficiency in motion. At the end of it, I noted they had worked harder and longer than estimated. I was compelled to pay them more. To my surprise, my offer was refused.
