This company shouldn't be in business. I had a simple faucet cartridge that needed replacing. It took over two months. They made the mistake and completed the wrong cartridge, then charged me again for their mistake and labor. This is a very small company that has to make money by scamming and greed. You do not matter as a customer. If you use them you will regret it!

Sentinel Plumbing was an excellent experience for me. Shelby was awesome. Took care of our needs through our
Home Warranty service. I was so impressed with our experience that I requested an estimate for another plumbing issue that we were in need of. The following day, Jakob came out to take care of our other job. They are fast, responsive, friendly, professional, and with reasonable prices. I'm happy to have Sentinel to contact for any future plumbing needs.

Sentinel plumbing came out and misdiagnosed problem resulting in an already inferior Choice Home Warranty denied responsibility to repairs. Do not recommend either of these businesses most especially Sentinel Plumbing.
