An awful company. Multiple false alarms, see photo. If the system detected a leak it should have shut the water off as opposed to multiple false alarms. I purchased the system because they told me that had experienced plumbers in my area. I engaged the experienced plumber and he went as far as he could before he said he felt he needed an electrician. This is despite the fact that under their frequently asked questions they say plumbers do not need electricians for installation. The electrician had a number of questions, read the manual and spoke to the company twice. He installed their device which was supposed to turn off my well pump when the water was turned off by the Leak Defense controller. Within 5 minutes the well pump was running continuously and reached such a high pressure that the relief valve was triggered flooding my basement. I was home and we called their ""expert"" back. He said it was just a coincidence and the company will not replace their equipment, hiding behind the lame excuse that there must be an installation problem and their equipment cannot be to blame. They won't stand behind their product.

As a contractor, it is important to have reliable and responsive partners in business.

Recently, I have dealt with Sentinel on a few occasions and am very happy with this company. The employees I spoke with have been very knowledgeable and courteous.

I definitely recommend this company and look forward to future dealings with Sentinel.
