The service I have received from SENS would be hard to improve.


Lately they installed a new water pump.
Installation went well and shortly we were back to normal.
After the water pump installation we purchased new water filter system from SENS. That also went well and we appreciated there advice to install one.

In 2015 SENS installed a new outside faucet.
Several months later the faucet had a defect and again SENS came to our rescue. They installed a new faucet right away and NO CHARGE to the customer. Here is another example of excellent service.

Two weeks ago I asked them to look at our water pump and within a couple two hours they we here. No problem found but they wanted to be shore everything was ok.

Service is everything. With them it is the best

There service manager STEVE WEBSTER is very professional and displays very good manners. He is knowledgeable about his product lines
and does not confuse the customer. On his last visit Steve spent considerable time with us showing how we can improve our home and how his company could advise us in the right direction.

I will give his staff high marks for there skills and courtesy. Especially there technicians, James and Chris.

The technicians from SENS did a perfect job of installing a water softener and utility sink in our garage. Every step of the installation was handled efficiently, and the work site was left in clean condition. The team arrived exactly on schedule and the work was done just as estimated. A different plumbing company was going to take shortcuts and charge more than twice as much money as SENS.

I had water backing up into the sink because of an ""S"" trap installed that was not up to code. I had a tech on site the day after I called, he found the problem and within 2 days installed new drainage and guaranteed the service for 20 YEARS! Sens Affordable Services did a great job and now I can wash my dishes again! The owner was so rude I'm not sure how they stay in business. I had the company over to remove a water softener. The tech drained my hot water heater. When he turned the water main back on the hot water heater burst. He told me that it was caused by the cold water going through the pipes. Then he told me that it would cost between $800-$850. I said ""cost who? I know you don't expect me to pay for this?"" The tech said ""yes"". I told him to get out of my house. Then I called the owner who told me that the tech said I cussed at him (I wish I had now). Then the owner told me ""I don't need your business"". Glad to know he's in business to not need our business.
