I had been looking and talking with different companies for almost two weeks when I came across Anish from Sen's. I appreciated that he was able to give me a firm quote the same day. We were able to make sure we were on the same page with what I needed done and expectations. He even said they could get started immediately with the sprinkler system...it was about an hour later they came back with materials and tools to start.

The job was close to 4,000 square feet to lay sod as well as almost 400 square feet of decomposed granite and a drip system to our planters. We did have an issue with the sprinkler timer box as our brand new house was not wired for enough stations. Anish was able to take care of all of my concerns and have a beautiful new lawn to go with our brand new house in 6 days. He and. His crew worked very hard and put in some long hours but they did a phenomenal job.

Thinking that they were not returning because the job was underbid, I ordered/paid for extra materials in an attempt to finish the job(s) myself. One evening, one month later, they suddenly returned and completed everything. Polite and courteous. Worked hard, and then left. Work quality is very good. Reliability/communication is off. Confusing.

Five star service. I requested a quote for a sprinkler replacement early in the afternoon. I received a quick response, with a very reasonable estimate for the work.

In addition, they had an opening later that same day-so I scheduled the job. They came out to my house and performed the work with zero issues.

Would definitely use their services again, as well as recommend to others.

We had a good experience with Sen's Landscaping and Anish. The initial response was prompt and work began right away. Communication was good, sometimes timing and schedules were not what we expected but he/they always showed up and completed a very large irrigation job. Anish made sure everything was addressed prior to wrapping up. Like another reviewer, we had minor cleanup/finish work that we noticed after the fact however, all in all, we are pleased with the work.

Called Sens Landscaping to have our sprinkler system fixed and moved inside the fence line. They came out on short notice and worked until nightfall to get the job done. They were diligent, very hardworking, and also willing to negotiate a fair price, which I really appreciated. The only reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is because they left large mud spatters in several places (and very high up) on our brand new fence, and we also had to spend a lot of time cleaning up the sidewalk after they left.

I found them on craigs list listed he would come in an hour. He did come in a hour. Solved our sprinkler problem and had it fixed that night. I would highly recommend them and would use again.

DO NOT EVER hire this guy Anish! Changed my sprinkler valve with some cheap valve and it still leaks. Promises and promises to go back and fix the problem but does not show up then ignores your texts and calls. FRAUD!!

I gave him many second chances but he made my sprinkler system worse.

- Several no shows and I had to call to reschedule.
- Replaced two sprinkler valves...which now leak. Returned to fix it but they both still leak.
- After ""completing the job"", all sprinklers came on at the same time and could not be controlled with the main controller. After he returned and assured me everything was fixed, I just checked and my drip system is now running continuously and one of my sprinkler heads isn't working.

I've got someone else coming on Friday to fix this after I've paid him around $700 bucks so far. I'm done with this guy.
