I wish I could give them 0 stars. I would not recommend this company. I had a new roof put on and a nail went through my gas line. The roofing company was nice enough to pay for the damage and hired this company. I dealt with these guys for 3 days. They "fixed" the pipe one day and when I asked how to set up an inspection by the city they had no idea. They scheduled another appointment to test the pressure but never showed up. So yet another scheduled appointment was made (which I took off work for) and another no show. I get a call 3.5 hours after the set time that they are waiting for me at my home. Come to day 3 and I find out the company never applied for a permit so an inspection could not be done by the city! Another company was hired to come and good thing they did!!! I come to find out the pipe they "fixed" was done completely wrong and was leaking!!! I will never recommend this company to anyone and I still wonder how they are getting away with these kinds of things.

WARNING: DO NOT USE!!! They came out in a old beaten up truck with the word "Senor" worn off. Spoke poor English so we had trouble communicating. I called them because I had gotten a motorized snake stuck in an outdoor cleanout (in what I later found was a collapsed pipe full of roots). The guy tied a tow rope to the cable and then to the back of his truck. When I realized what he was doing I asked if it would damage the pipe. He assured me it wouldn't and started driving forward. It yanked the stuck snake out but definitely broke my pipe off down in the ground with sewage leaking everywhere. When I told him he had broken my pipe he tried to deny it. Then he pretended to be angry and said he didn't want to work anymore because it was Sunday and he'd rather be with his family. WTH!?! I finally convinced him to help me dig up the pipe and with me doing most of the work we got down about 3' to where he'd snapped the pipe off. He told me I needed to repair it myself. I told him absolutely not! So he got out his sawzall, cut off the broken pieces and then handed me a coupling he found buried under crap in the truck. Then he informed me he didn't have any cement on him and I'd still have to finish the repair myself. So I called the "office guy" who answered the phone with a different business name (super shady). While I was talking with him the plumber just got in his truck and drove off. The guy on the phone tried to tell me the plumber had a "family emergency" and would come back the next day. Total BS. Anyway, I ended up with a broken pipe and sewage leaking all over my yard and a repair I ended up having to make myself...all thanks to Senor Rooter. So, buyer beware.

These people are CROOKS !!!! Bad bad bad business !!!!
Called them to unclog main drain/sewer line and was told tree roots had damaged the pipe and it needed to be augured out but he did not have a machine that worked. Waited about 40 minutes for another guy to arrive with a working machine to auger out the tree roots. They worked for about 25 minutes checked to make sure toilets flushed and wrote out an invoice with a total of $275.00 until one of the guys says let me double check the shower to make sure its draining and then the first guy scribbles out the $275.00 and adds another $75.00 to the bill for " Unclog the bathtub". Seriously?????? All he did was lift the drain cover and pulled a little hair off it and set it back down. 30 seconds max. ( we had just remodeled so there was no time for any significant hair build up) We were furious at the additional $75.00 but we were happy we did not have sewage backing up in the house. SO we paid the bill with a credit card and 3 days later the main line is clogged again. We call them to come back out and the first thing the guy says is they do not offer any sort of warranty on their work but that he would have someone call us back to come back out and look at it. No call. Called again and same thing, will call back with a time when they can come back. No one called. 2 hours go by and we call a third time and no answer. Left a message and again no return call.
I contacted another plumber who came out immediately and put a camera down the pipes. He said first off, the cap was not secured, it was sitting on the pipe loose and the bolts were missing, camera showed there was no damage to either pipe, there were no tree roots in the pipe and the cause of the blockage was due to 2 good size rocks in the pipe. Now how does this happen when the rocks were all pushed way away from the pipe before it was opened? Would seem to be a deliberate sabotage vs an accidentally knocking of a couple rocks down the pipe. The second plumbers words "highy unlikely" as the pipe sticks up several inches out of the flower bed and all the rocks were pushed away from the pipe so it would be pretty hard to accidentally knock any rocks in the pipe. These people are crooks-do your homework and find a reputable plumber with good reviews - we learned our lesson.

Call them to have our main house drain line cleared. Once they showed up the service technician couldn't communicate do to a language barrier. I was able to make out his machine for clearing the line was broken and I helped him try to get it working again. He called another technician who came out and they tried clearing the line. It was never made clear if they had gotten the line cleared as we had to leave when they were stilling working out front of the house. The next morning the line was still blocked, I called them back and they hung up on me the first time. I called a second time and the person said he would call me back in 5 minutes but never did. Called a 3rd time and they said again they would find out the technician and call back and never did. Called two more times and got sent to a voicemail both times.
I then went online to find they have a one star review and have a reputation for ripping customers off in the same manner.
After paying another company to come out the following day we found rocks had been put in the main line. They ran a camera and found no holes or cracks in the piping leading to the rocks had been put in the line deliberately.

Hired this company because we could get them out on a Saturday in an emergency. Senor rooter "fixed" a broken pipe last January after a freeze. We spent thousands on water restoration. The pipe broke again this year at the plastic joint they used to fix the leak. Now we must spend thousands again on water restoration. Suggest that you avoid them.

A bunch of con artist! They don't keep records of jobs they completed in the past! They don't honor their warranties either! See you in court and see you on fox 4 news!

I had to hire another plumber to correct Chris' work...
I wish I could give them zero stars...

I'd give them a zero if I could. They installed a disposal for me on a Sunday several months back. Kudo's for being available. However, the disposal went bad after a few months. I tried contacting them and the guy answering the phone seems like he's on drugs and you have to keep repeating yourself. Then he says that he'll get back to me as he's not in the office. 7 hours later, I call again. He tells me that they only keep invoices for a month and they have no record of the transaction any longer even though we know which member of their team I had used. He says that even if they had an invoice and could prove my purchase, the disposal is not their product and so it's not their problem. That was it. I had to hire Crown Plumbing to fix it.

Did not fix the leak and left. They only had one valve with them. Could not even find how to turn back on the water at the city line, had to have the city come out to do it.

I thought the company was called 24 hour plumbing, and when I got my paperwork Senor Rooter was also on the top of the page. I was sent a technician who told me he was a contractor, not a master plumber. I was told when I scheduled the appointment that the cost would be $75. He proceeded to charge me $135 after all he did was check my outside water meter and say no you don't have a leak. He then made a phone call and said we can take $125. I then called the guy I scheduled the appointment with and repeated our conversation from the following week, and he said let me talk to him. I gave him my phone, and once they hung up, he said okay it will be $75. I then called called back after the technician left and he said he would get right back with me, which of course he never did. Do not make the same mistake I did, find a company that knows what they are doing!
