I had a mystery puddle of water in the middle of my kitchen floor. Senninger sent out a plumber quickly, but he couldn't find the source of the water, diagnosing the problem as 'environmental' and referred me to ServPro. Their technician walked in my kitchen a couple of days later, immediately said, ""I hear water,"" and pulled out the refrigerator. My icemaker tubing was spraying water down the wall and into the flooring. Now, people can miss things -- we're all human -- and Senninger sent a plumber back to fix the leak. But when I needed paperwork for my insurance, they would not admit that they had missed the leak during the first visit....said it made them 'look bad.' A lack of integrity makes you look bad. I won't be calling them again.

I hope their quality of work is better than their driving. License KY plate 870929-10000 this afternoon cut me off multiple times while on my way home on Man-o-war about 3:00 pm. If you're going to have someone driving a company van, maybe they need to be breathalyzed before heading out on the roads and endangering other drivers.
