Called on Saturday sewer backed up into basement and water in basement. Secretary answered phone I advised her problem put me on hold got back on and said the plumber will call shortly to setup appointment. I asked would it be for that day and again in a very nasty tone she advised the plumber will call to setup appointment. Well here it is Tuesday and I still never received a call back. I have been a customer of Senid for years. I will no longer use their services and I am telling others about this incident. Thank God after waiting 1 hour and no call back on Saturday I called Clogfather they were here quickly and took care of the problem in less then 1/2 hour.

This place doesn't know what they're doing...
they charge us $250 to give the wrong diagnosis of the problem. I made sure several times and asked the guy... if he was sure this was the issue...and was assured it's 99% the problem.. Told us the part was a special order.. ... Called another place up per their recommendation and told them the diagnosis... this was on Saturday and they couldn't come till Monday... when they came they gave us another diagnosis. Two days without heat and hot water...
Ended up costing us $887 cash plus $200 credit card deposit... total $1,087 to have the inductor replaced. Plus the $250 cash for nothing...

My coop gave me their number, probably not having read the bad reviews. All I asked them to do was read the coop letter that said fix the tub faucet leak and put in a new shower body. They did that, but they also moved the shower body and showerhead in some odd positions. All this did was spray water out onto the bathroom floor, instead of keeping it in the tub. I asked them to put the showerhead back, and they wanted to charge me more, having already charged me $2100! They should have also moved the shower body to the original position, but I was already disgusted with them, trying to gouge more money to correct their mistakes, and constantly waiting for them to show up. They also caused considerable damage to the wall (photos attached), and this wouldn't have happened if it wasn't for all the moving. They should have refunded most of the money back to pay the contractor to fix the wall. I was a first time customer, but after this experience, I will not use them a second time.

Call them up yesterday after 7 pm for emergency hot water heater issue, showed up in less than 2 hrs, problem/parts replaced in less than 1 hr. Thank goodness they carried the necessary parts for hot water heater in their van.

Thanksgiving 2018, coldest day yet and my furnace won't light. Senid was the only ones to call back and send someone out. Miguel corrected the problem, tested the fix, made sure the temp came up and left the area clean. He was personable and professional. Thank you Senid and thank you Miguel! I will definitely be calling Senid if I need service in the future.

I have worked in customer service for over 5 years now and so I understand the basics on how a company should treat their customers and how humans should treat each other. After having an appointment in the books for an urgent leak... myself and my downstairs neighbor who the leak also effected took off from work, Senid cancelled at the last minute and said they couldn't fit us in again until next week. I asked if they could do anything at all to help accommodate us as we both had to take off and it's a bit of an ordeal to coordinate two households... she said no and offered no real help. This company is very unprofessional and I would like to give them 0 stars. I ended up spending my money with ASAP Solutions and gave them a huge tip for their professional service - skip Senid and try ASAP Solutions!!!

We have been customers of Senid Plumbing for over 20 years. We've called them on a frigid night when our boiler wdn't come on; they sent someone out immediately & fixed it. This morning we awoke to find our gas water heater had blown up overnight. Not only was our basement flooded, but of course, we had no hot water. As per their usual, Senid dispatched someone right away to scope out what needed to be done. The mechanics just left after completing installation of a new hot water heater. Same day service, folks! Thanks again to Senid Plumbing for their consistently prompt, professional and courteous response!

Avoid at all costs. My father used their services for one of his properties.

The plumber, Rapha (Ralpha, or some variation thereof) was rude and very unprofessional. He did a horrific job and it took him so long to complete the task.

Lets just say, we the job was so poorly done that we called another plumbing company to Fix his mistakes and correct the original problem. They themselves could not believe what was done.

Again, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Great super fast service. The plumber Manuel is really pro. They did NOT rip me off at all for an emergency. I live in College Point and they responded to my door in 15 mins.
