No where does it state that they will not take something back if it was connected. I walk in with the receipt before 30 days, and without even looking in the box, the man tells me since it was connected they won't take it back! I ask how you can tell if it would fix the furnace without connecting it? He says test the old one. Which didn't work - HELLO! Very bad for business. We were never told that to connect it voids the return policy. There is nothing written on the receipt except the words all returned goods need to be with this receipt. I can see why they aren't a member of the BBB. I will find somewhere else to buy parts. I will refuse to use any furnace repair company who uses Seneca in Vernon.
