Recommended Customer Reviews
Had a pump die and these folks promptly diagnosed the problem and replaced the pimp before there were any issues with backups of gray water in our house! Would highly recommend them, regardless of the negative reviews here. They r a veteran owned business and treated me with fellow veteran respect.
We called Semper Fi after seeing great Goggle reviews. My boyfriend, being a Marine himself, thought this company would be a good bet. Called on a Thursday and they came out and replaced a pressure switch and said they would be back out Friday morning to check the pump. My boyfriend took off work Friday. After many phone calls to them, they finally showed up at 4pm. The two young men who came out obviously didn't have much experience, did a quick pressure test on the well and wouldn't or couldn't answer any of our questions. They assured us their boss, Jobi, would call us Saturday to discuss things further. Never heard from him. I would not recommend this company, as I feel the workers didn't know how to troubleshoot and only wanted to dig up the front yard without knowing what the real issue was.
Horrible, disrespectful person I've spoke to.I bet this person should learn how to treat customers well. Calling someone a ""shit"" is a no no no. Act like a professional so your business will grow and foster.
Horrible. First, it took over three weeks of promised service before they showed up to fix a pitless in my well. Quoted me $1K, but charged me $1400 because their excavator broke a tooth. The technician told me that the new water system I just had installed was wrong for my water, which he claimed had a high iron content (he DID NOT test my water before making this claim). Water testing indicates my water has a high acid content, but minimal to no iron at all. When he left, he bypassed the filtration system in my basement, causing dirty, unfiltered water to pass through all the lines in my house. My licensed plumber needed to blow out all the lines, replace my kitchen faucet, and three bathroom faucets, and replace water lines to my washer and dishwasher due to the dirt, stones, and wood debris the Semper Fi technician allowed to enter my water line from the well when he replaced the pitless (by the way, Google a pitless - they cost around $100.00 at Lowes). The manager of the company called my husband and was nasty, telling him the water system we had installed was wrong and that to call him when we needed to replace it with it one he sells because he wants the job. So, aside from the $1400.00 I paid Semper Fi, and the additional $1100.00 in damage my plumber had to fix, I am very unhappy wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
Horrible company to deal with. Took forever to call back and was a no show for appt. When Jovy guy finally shows he curses and rants on his cell , wore muddy boots on my rug and said job was too small for him.
This company is a joke and shady as can be. Had an issue with water pressure fluctuating in the house and my wife was told we need a new well pump, wiring and sanitary seal and cap. She gets an estimate that it will be about $2,200+ , I call my friend over who is a plumber for advice and he replaces a pressure switch ($27) in 20 minutes and problem solved. Semper Fi ?? Not even close , thanks for trying to stick it to me. Creeps
Amazing customer service, amazing work, and reasonable prices. Had an issue late at night where Cody came and assessed and the following day Rob came and fixed the problem. First company that didn't make us feel like idiots and explained everything. Thank you Rob and Cody!
Two years ago I needed a new well pump and called Semper Fi and at that time was happy with the service that was provided. Last month, I had no water and thinking it was the well pump that is guaranteed for 5 years,I was not home at the time and my son acting on my behalf called Semper Fi. The owner himself Joby came out and supposedly fixed the problem being a broken wire. Took approx. an hour and charged me $ 325.00. This past Friday night, no water again and being that it had just been fixed, I placed a call to Semper Fi at 8:06 pm, left a message that there was no water. I have a disabled husband who needed the bathroom, 4 dogs and a 1 year old Granddaughter. I received a callback at 8:15 from Rob who said he was over 40 miles out and wouldn't be able to get to me till Saturday, but would call me first thing in the morning. 8:00 Saturday morning, not hearing anything yet, I called and left a message. 8:38 I called again and left another message asking for a callback. 9:02 Rob called back and asked some questions concerning the well that myself and my son answered, giving him an idea of what the problem was as there was power from the house to the pump indicating it wasn't the pump. Rob said he would have wire that was needed and put me ahead of 4 other people and would be there soon. At 10:34 Rob calls back and doesn't have the wire needed on his truck, trying to reach Cody in Stbg on a call and if he has the wire, he will come or if not then Rob will have to go get it from him and come, but in the mean time Rob was going on another job. So my son who does not do this kind of job for a living said, we're done, I'll do it myself! So he went to Nazareth and got the wiring needed as he knew it had to be a broken wire again.... So my son and I pulled by hand the 120 foot pipe out of the well casing and drug it across the backyard. At 11:30 Cody shows up and my son had not returned yet with the supplies needed said nicely we would take care of it and wasn't going to take it out on him but that his boss and owner, Joby needed to call and talk to us about the shoddy job he did the prior month. We have yet to hear from Joby! We found 2 broken wires, and 4 places where the wires were spliced together. Only 2 couplings were used on 120 feet of the well hose. No wonder, there were so many broken wires. Shoddy work at best!!!!!! My supplies to fix this job was over $200.00 and I want my $325.00 I paid for services last month refunded to me. I now know the job was done right!!!!!!!!!!!!!
grinder pump alarm was going off they showed up and right away wanted to put new floats in even though tank was empty they couldnt get the alarm to reset and said they would come back to reset it and that all was working good ..now my tank is overflowing into my yard they and the never came back so my alarm is still going....and not even a follow up call
Rachel G.Honest, fair, reliable and quick. Had a well pump problem on Friday afternoon, unfortunately due to heavy equipment needs nothing could be done until Monday morning, but he was there first thing, and finished by early Monday afternoon. Priced fair for what I thought was a BIG job. While I hope I never need his services again, he will definitely be the one to call if I do!!
