had my system installed early January based on the ability to operate from my phone. it's still not working. I don't get call backs and the phone answering service is extremely frustrating.

Very Overpriced, pressure sales tactics and they do not stop calling or texting even after you have asked to be removed from all contacts. The amount of calls, voicemails and text from this company is overwhelming and out of control. Just stop already! If someone does not respond after the 15th attempt and tells you to stop, get a clue and give it up already! Also, the ""discount"" they offer on new units is only after they have marked their products up significantly. Still higher than all other quotes I received even with their $10k+ ""discount"".

Overpaid for an AC unit for my 900sq/ft condo, $10,000!! I thought it's fine, I support the vets. They installed the unit, and now my whole electrical is shot. The lights flicker, turn on and off randomly, lose power all together. They refuse to configure the electrical or fix the issue and now tellinging me to hire an electrician to take care of that.
Spending $10,000, I was hoping I'd get the best service and quality possible. That's not the case here. DON'T HIRE THEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.

I had a fresh install a year ago and I've had nothing but issues with my system. There's always something wrong or not working correctly. There was one occasion when an emergency tech had to come to my house three times in an evening over the summer.

Way over priced for supplying a hot water heater and insulation.

Water heater sprung a leak on Saturday. Did not show up until 2 PM Monday. Without water the whole time.
Ask what the water temperature would be. He said 120 f. Water temperature is 135 f. Called them about it and never received a callback. I Would not use this company again. They talk customer service but they do NOT follow up with customer service.

I wish I had read these reviews before I allowed Semper Fi to come out and do a winter check up. Mind you, they called me. The fellow was there for five hours and yes very hard sell. I went to settle the price which was supposed to be $17 for the callout he said ""you don't owe me a thing,"" I wanted to give you something and that's when he began telling me all the things that needed to be replaced. I am a widow of a marine and he would not be happy with this company ""Always Faithful"" ha! The next day I had my regular A/C company come and replace a part under warranty. I told him what I had paid for the other units part and he said that part cost only $110, Semper Fi charged me $408. Do yourself a favor and find another company, I wish I had.

Well, it's pretty much what others are saying. My husband is a Vietnam Vet so we wanted to support this company since they say they are veteran owned. We had used them in the past for a general check up for our A/C unit which is 12 yrs old and that went well until last week December 18, 2024. Now, all of a sudden, we need a new unit. AND, not just a replacement for our current one, but they wanted us to pay for an upgrade (larger unit) and a warranty that cost $1,500 On top of the cost of the new unit. The tech for Semper Fi was very pushy and after he left we kept getting multiple daily calls from the company, which we finally answered pressuring us on what we wanted to do. Now we need a second opinion, so called Liberty Plumbing And Heating. They checked our A/C unit and didn't find anything wrong!!! In fact, they said it looks better than most units the age of ours.

Now I'm on a mission to warn others about this company and feel they are totally scamming people. We called them and told them about this whole situation and they said they would call us back about checking with manager, BUT THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO US! Buyer beware!

Very happy I found Semper Fi Heating and Cooling to replace my heat pump April 2023. Everything went quite smoothly and I now have tune-ups approx every 6 mos. The techs are great, 12/14/24, Omar H was here, fast, friendly and very knowledgeable, he suggested a few additional services available through Semper Fi H&C, I may consider later. When neighbor needed help with their heat pump they also called them after learning of my experience. Discounts for Military and seniors (yay). Highly recommend!

Semper Fi is a trusted company that stands behind what they sell. Their service people are very professional and courteous. They arrive at their scheduled time and communicate clearly options to address issues needing correcting. Their service people were here on a Sunday for a routine maintenance check up so I doubt there would be any issues in getting emergency support when you need it. They are also very willing to negotiate pricing for new units as well. I highly recommend Semper Fi for your HVAC needs.
