I used Yelp's quote service after another plumber was a no show, and Selvin was the fastest to respond. They quoted me a price to install my new kitchen faucet within 2 hours. They showed up on time and charged me the exact price. They set expectations for the work they would do up front. Then I asked them to fix a bathroom fixture too, and the quoted me another price and fixed it on the spot. Even better they cleaned up the work site when they were finished (even though most of the mess was there before they got there). I think that's the sign of true professionals. I would definitely recommend them for future work.

I needed a plumber to come on a Sunday morning and get our sinks and toilet working as we had just moved back in our family home and somehow things weren't operating as they should. I got a reply within about 15-20 minutes from my initial request for a quote and a plumber came out within an hour. He was able to fix all the initial issues mentioned as well as the drainage in the tub with the quote provided, all in a timely manner. I will definitely be using them again if an issue arises!

I had a great experience with Selvin! The technician Alex was sent out the same day I called, and when he finished, it was less expensive than the original estimate. Alex was on time, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I recommend them if you ever have a problem with a drain clog.

Selvin and his crew are amazing. They came out on a Saturday night and worked so hard to find my leak. I felt like their attitude was a determination to find my leak and restore running water back into my house as soon as possible to avoid further inconvenience to my family. for that I give them 5 stars if not more! Selvin also clearly knows what he's doing and really understands his job. He's a great guy who takes his job and the situation at hand seriously. After 3.5 hours of jackhammering concrete, disconnecting a water heater and digging 3 holes (in freezing rain and winds) he found the leak and returned first thing in the morning to fix it with the appropriate parts. He also went above and beyond and patched back all the concrete we had to dig up. Definitely not a plumbers job but yet well done. Again, he went above and beyond just to make sure we had running hot and cold water asap! Trustworthy, hard working, determined, conscientious. I would definitely use him again for anything, even a large scale remodel. Highly recommend, he's now on my speed dial. Selvin's pricing is also honest and reasonable.

Who do you call when you need helping with a plumbing issue on New Year's Day? The answer is Selvin. I literally called a few other places and they were closed. Selvin showed up about 30 minutes after I called him and fixed the clog in my bathroom sink quickly. He is professional and keeps a clean workplace. Selvin, I have to say hands down is the most professional young man that I have met in a long time. A few months back I called him about a stopped up drain. He was quick to respond, quoted a reasonable price and had it fixed within minutes.

I was so satisfied that I have now called a second time for a busted water heater to be replaced. Having a flooded garage and no water, Two days before New Years, He answered the call on a Sunday evening and was out first thing the next morning. Again, the price quote was very reasonable. 3hrs later, I have a new water heater and running hot water again.

Best reasonable quote and the quality of work is excellent! Called them to replace my sewer drain pipe which recently made me question why I was calling plumbers to clean out more often than usual. Found out since the drain pipe was clay it has been compromised due to age and stress of tree roots. Called Selvin for a 3rd estimate and he was very reasonable compared to others and saved me a lot of money. He is not one of the big ""well-known"" plumbing companies. I found him here on Yelp. Observing them throughout the process I found that they really take pride in their work. Selvin also went above and beyond and reinstalled the tiles on the stairway where he needed to access the damaged pipe. After close to completion of work and after it was done they were very thorough in cleaning up. I would highly recommend Selvin to anyone that needs this type of service.

Selvin, Alex and Dimas are true professionals, efficient and truly put the customer first. They charged me exactly what was quoted and didn't try to upsell me on anything even though my water heater replacement was considered a ""difficult"" job by other companies. They answered all my questions before, during and after the installation and were always kind and polite, even though I had a million questions. I was given a 1 hour window for them to arrive and they were on time for the estimate and actual appointment. I have since recommended them to our HOA president and to other friends on the peninsula.

Recently we moved into a house that had a lot of deferred maintenance. The very first time we tried to use the kitchen sink, it immediately was filled with standing water. We have a drum auger but it was just not cutting it. Selvin was able to come over right away, no extra fees, and completely clean out the line.
We have since had a bathroom sink that needed a new drain and pipes, as well as had Selvin install a dishwasher in our kitchen. Each time he has been extremely responsive, professional and very reasonably priced. Very happy to have found a plumber for our new home.
