Selvaggio Plumbing was contracted by Ryan Homes for the plumbing. I have been in my house 2 years now. My garbage disposal that was installed by Selvaggio. When I was directed by Ryan Home's Customer Care to call them, they were zero help to me. I am out of warranty. Fine. But to repeatedly tell that the unit was provided by Ryan Homes and now them was a way to pass the buck. When I asked for someone to come out and look at it and confirm that it was not sealed properly, therefore causing the sever rust on the unit, she blew me off that they are booked for the next 2 weeks!!! You bid to be the contractor for a major builder and this is how you take care of their homeowners?? I would not use for anything!. I realize companies may be ok getting 1 out of 10 bad reviews, but honestly, stand by the quality of work you provide. Customers are not always right, but the way this was handled blew my mind.
