We are so happy with Self Plumbing! We called and they showed up the next day to do some plumbing work in our shower. We had tried to call 2 other plumbing businesses in Moberly. 1 of them we had scheduled an appt. and he never showed. The other business never even called us back after multiple messages left for them. Self plumbing did a great job and was very friendly!

Very friendly and efficient. I called them at 7:45 and someone was there in less than half an hour. Problem taken care of in less than an hour for less than $100. The guy even helped with another issue. This is the second time I've used Self Plumbing with similar results. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Went through Homeserve USA for services. They were supposed to come out one day, and never showed. I called the next day, and they were supposed to come, again they never showed. The weekend past and still no call, no show. Monday morning they appeared, walked up into the house not asking questions.. SMOKING A CIGARETTE!!!!

They went outside walking through the mud. They did not wipe their feet and tromped mud through my house. They used our mop bucket and just set our dirty mop on our floor. They also left our gate open, so that our dogs could get out....

They were just very unprofessional. My husband said they appeared to act like they were under the influence of something. Being a former police officer, and knowing the signs of such things, he was very dismayed at this company and their unprofessionalism.

The shorter man was nice and was sure not to be damaging things and the other guy not watching where he was going knocked some stuff over. Got the job done but said they cleaned up and no tub was gross sewer water on my walls behind the toilet on the wall was like it was smeared floor was dirty and the office lady very rude....
