STP was amazing from start to finish. The city of El Cajon made me reline my cast iron piping in order to get the final permit on an ADU. STP was willing to drive down from Corona to do the job. They were professional, affordable, responsive, and friendly. I would recommend them again in a heartbeat!

I am very pleased with the service this company provides. They have replaced or repaired all the sewer pipes at our 16 unit apartment building. Ask for Travis to supervise your job, he is great, a real problem solver. They have all the new technologies for saving or replacing old pipes with minimal digging. They used a mix of lining, coating, and pipe busting. Was very happy with the company. Travis is competent, he understands all the technologies and which ones are best for the circumstances.

Horrible experience and ultimately cost me $300 more because I had to get a new plumber out to actually fix the problem 4 DAYS LATER!!!! After 15 minutes of arriving and having his helper put his rooter down there, he assumed we were on a septic tank (which we are NOT). After being told that we were pretty sure we are not on septic, he said he couldn't do anything for us and left. The mian technician was on the phone the entire time and didn't even get his hands dirty! He had his kid helper assess the situation and that was it. An experienced plumber would automatically see all of the manhole covers along the street...where ALLLLLLL of the other houses are connected to the sewer system. An experienced plumber would actually look deeper in to the situation to make sure the assumption is correct. In this case, he was wrong and we were without water for 4 days!!! Not okay!

I called about needing a plumber to come out and fix a drain pipe under my kitchen sink on a Wednesday and was told that someone would be coming out on Sunday to fix it. I agreed to this and called again on Friday to confirm that it was still scheduled. I explained exactly what had happened, sent pictures and described what would be needed to be done. Mike from Select Trenchless was aware that his guy needed to be prepared and would be able to handle the job.
That Sunday the plumber arrived and asked what drain he needed to clear out. It was explained that a rusted pipe needed to removed and replaced. He states that he is not able to do that and was told that he can only clear drains. I then call Mike up and speak to him about the guy he sent out and Mike states that he was the only guy they had available.
Through all of this time, dishes, glasses, silverware, pots & pans are all needing to be washed out of the bathroom since everything else is connected under the kitchen sink drain.
Mike promises' me that they will bring out the right guy next week. I called on Monday and spoke to Mike's manager Gary, who is apologetic and said that it would be resolved during the week. We spoke about his guy showing up on Wednesday between 8 -12, but when I called on Tuesday to confirm, he said that everything was ready for Thursday between 8 - 12AM. I wasn't going to argue, just glad that it was going to be resolved.
Wednesday night at 6:30 PM the plumber calls me to tell me that they won't be able to do anything until I have the area certified by a licensed company that there not any mold! Over one week later they pull this stuff on me.
I would be very careful about working with a company that promises, then breaks the promises and then doesn't deliver!

You will not find a better honest outfit for Sewer Rehab systems as this company. I Sub them out and I know the work will be done to a standard that is truly lost to most trades.
