Want a reliable, honest, industrious and knowledgeable plumber? This guy is it. He just knew what to do, showed up on time, did a clean job and charged a fair price. Finally a professional, no - nonsense kind of a man that doesn't try and rip me off. I highly recommend!

he came and put in the tankless water heater, complaining and angry the whole time. He explained why he was angry, and I said How could that be my fault?
He charged $1000 for his services, then every time the toilet flushed the water heater would make a noise.. he made a mistake, he came back, I paid more he fixed it... nasty again. Said somebody put a nail in the pipe, he put a clamp on it, said it should do, he said he had no more time for me.

How does this guy get any business? Look, if I call you on the phone and you answer without stating your business name and then act as if I've somehow intruded on your time, I'm probably not going to use your service. Sorry.
