Best plumber ever! After remodeling the house we just bought we learned that one of the toilets was not hooked up to our new septic, but instead was hooked up to an old collapsed redwood tank that basically doesn't work anymore. The tricky thing with hooking this toilet up to our new septic tank was that the tank was under a $20,000 paverstone patio we just put in. We had multiple plumbers come out to give us bids and they all were around $5,000 and required we pull up the paverstone patio and install a pump to reach the septic tank. When Vincent came out he said we may be able to do the project without pulling up the patio by tying into another area of the existing plumbing and using only gravity. He wasn't convinced he could do it this way, but wanted to try as it would be the most efficient and far cheaper. He ended up completing the job this way and charged us only $900. He worked super hard to try to finish the project as soon as possible to limit the cost. We were SO impressed and have referred him to other happy clients as well. Thanks so much Vince!
