Consumer BEWARE!!! We will be filing a complaint with the BBB, the BFCA as well as contacting the bureau who mandates licenses for plumbers in the state of California and filing a formal complaint.

This is the worst company we've ever dealt with. Almost 2 weeks to fix the problem... well guess what, it's still not fixed...though they said it was. When called out on it still not working, they informed our home warranty they would not return to our home. This is after I posted an unhappy review here. Therefore, leaving a home with 2 children without hot water for 3 weeks now. BUT THEIR A ""FAMILY"" oriented business. Hmmmm. Wow, great people aren't they. We will be sure to warn all residents of our community of their faulty work. When they tell the customer to go and try to fix it through their direction over the phone, after it is already ""FIXED"" according to them and their invoice to our home warranty company. Also we were informed via the work order emailed to us that they were given authorization to clean the whole system and did not.

Great company huh?! If I were you, I'd go elsewhere with your plumbing issues. It's scary that when their mistake is caught, they can't finish the job. The photos on their website are sketchy and should also make anyone looking for a reputable plumber to go elsewhere . Especially with a company who has supposedly been in business since 2007, but only has 7 reviews, to include ours. Hmmmm, makes you wonder who they're begging or paying for positive reviews

Very nice plumbing pros got here in timeframe agreed upon did the job well and cleaned up the space. I provided all the fixtures they got it installed for me. Priced $110 hr labor fee FYI. Would use them again. They come all over the area for jobs.

I was in a bind because I had a bad clog in my kitchen and in one of my bathrooms and I'm not a plumber but I feel the clog was in one of the main lines. I called SEEN and he was polite aright away set up an appointment for the next day. He came out and took care of the problem right away. He was very reasonable compared to other plumbers I have used in the past. From now on I will be calling SEEN for my plumbing needs.

This is the second time our home warranty company has sent SEEN to us. These guys are very friendly, honest and helpful. The appointment took a while to get on account of how busy they are but after you see their work you will be impressed. They are quick, thorough and clean. We had forgotten that our warranty may of taken care of the leak in our bathtub and had called a plumber out to get a quote they told us 3300 because we needed to replace the tub, then we tried our home warranty company and they sent Sean and Alex out from SEEN and quickly diagnosed the problem and explained why the other plumber was incorrect (it was because the type of tub we have it has a lip to prevent water from leaking from the seam of the tub and wall.) They did a great job along with other items we needed repaired and only took them a couple of hours. Definitely recommend them.

Called for quote and service but they never contacted me back. It would be nice if people would at least phone and say they aren't able to do it, but instead they cower out and not bother phoning back as a courtesy! Very rude!

We've been using Sean for years for property management repairs -- finally adding a review because they did a complete re-pipe of one of our rentals and came in way below other bids AND had it done in one day with minor inconvenience to tenant... laid it all out and only had to turn off water for about an hour. Same product and service as larger companies for a better price and when I call the number on the van I talk to the owner not a secretary in Florida... Keep it local : ) Thanks again!

Been trying to contact for 3 days. They are the contractor my home warranty is going through and I have not been able to get in touch with them nor them me so I called out a different plumber. I will b warning friends and family to not even bother because u won't get a call back!!!

These guys are solid great workers and are great to work with in an emergency. MUCH better than the ""big boys"" (such as Roto-Rooter)! We didn't have much money and had an emergency, and the guy worked with us financially. Thank you SEEN Plumbing!
