I requested a quote yesterday and Jhon arrived today, gave me a good estimate and completed the job immediately. He unclogged 2 toilets, unplugged a drain (2yo grandson loves flushing things down the toilet ). Repaired & replaced some hardware in my tub. JHon was professional, polite, efficient and fair. I have a better opinion of plumbers now.

My water heater tank was leaking. I sent messages on businesses here and Jhon replied in about 5mins. He does in-person estimates for free and arrives quickly. He replaced the whole tank in just 2 hours. He also got us a very durable water tank with him offering warranty for it. He is also really professional and reliable. His rates are also more reasonable than a lot of companies that I have talked to. Very transparent with rates and estimates. I highly recommend this service

We needed to replace our garbage disposal replaced. we had a handy man company come out. Their estimate was 3 times the price of secure plumbing. Secure plumbing was at the early part of the time window provided, charged us within the estimate provided and I would hire them again a heartbeat!

Jhon came out to install our soft water unit and he did an excellent job! He was on time, really friendly, got the job done quickly, and we were super happy with the experience. You never know what kind of service a plumber will provide or how much it'll cost, but the quality of his work and pricing were great. I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

I am updating my review. I think for simple things secure plumbing is great. I called him back for a rental property that I own that has a tankless hot water heater that was not working. John met with my renters son & his recommendation was to REPLACE the entire water heater. My renters son made a comment that suggested that John (the plumber) didn't know much about tankless water heaters. So I called the manufacturer (Rinnai) and they recommended a certified repair plumber for Rannai tankless water heaters in vegas (Sanders plumbing) What was wrong with my tankless water heater...... the filter was clogged. So it was a $300 repair VS the $2,100.00 replacement Secure plumbing recommended. Honesty works best for me... if you don't know how to do it JUST TELL ME I DONT DO TANKLESS WATER HEATERS! I will never call secure plumbing again.

Long-overdue review. We use Jhon to clear our sewer overflow cap initially, after we had a horrible experience with a previous plumber. He came out same day And was able to get everything completed the same day.
His prices are absolutely amazing and his customer service is priceless. Fast forward a few months, we were literally closing on our house on a Thursday... We had the final walk-through scheduled for Wednesday.
We came to realize that Friday prior to closing, that we had a leak. (Spinning meter)

We reached out to Jhon on a Friday afternoon. He was able to come out Saturday morning give us a diagnosis & bid for the main water line leaking from the street to the house! The worst of the worst we were facing, but he was able to schedule the work for Tuesday morning. (They do offer financing! Not sure on the min amount but it was a great back up choice)
His prices are always extremely competitive.
They showed up Tuesday morning at 7 AM and were done by 2 PM THE SAME DAY! The realtors were very uncertain if they were going to be able to get everything completed in a timely manner & were stressed about closing in time. I had to keep reassuring them that he is amazing And not to doubt him or his team.

They are very professional, clean up after themselves and by far has always given us the best experience.

What an awesome experience! We were quoted $1200 to install 2 Tushy bidets, evaluate a leaky water line, and to repair a reverse osmosis system. Jhon came for just an estimate but ended up doing the work right there on the spot...for a fraction of the cost. Great guy and will only deal with Secure Plumbing in the future.

I called yesterday to have my garbage disposal replaced. I got a call back within half an hour. Set up an appointment for the next day. I have to say I'm very satisfied with Johns service. He quoted me a good price and didn't charge more after the job was done. He was quick and efficient. With that being said I'll definitely be calling him for future jobs. Thank you John.

I needed a gas line moved for a new gas range.
Jhon. came over in the late afternoon since I was going to be at work all day. He gave me the estimate and then started work right away (!). He did a great job, was very precise and polite and cleaned up his work space afterward. He even restarted our pilot in the water heater.
