had a water leak under the house, copper line, called late in the afternoon, Dave answered right away & said he will be up the next day! asked if it was an emergency & if so he would respond right away.showed up the next day 2hrs early ! done with repair in an hour or so! highly recommend! great job!

Came out to fix an issue with a gas appliance that was new and needed to be connected. Came on the day they said but several hours late. While they were still here, we said we could still smell gas. They told us it was probably left over scent from the install and assured us it would be fine. He promised he would head right back. The gas smell got stronger and get had to shut it off. I tried calling Dave repeatedly to get him back out. He had no problem cashing our check but never returned another call or text. We had to shut off the gas and call another company. They came out right away and told us the wrong fitting was installed AND backwards. Very dangerous to have gas leaking in your kitchen. Would not recommend.

Had drain issue. They showed up the next day and said the problem was taken care of. They made a point of their 60 day guarantee and how they stood by their work. A few days later the drain again was backing up.

Called and texted them about it. No answers to texts so finally called. Promised to come the next afternoon. No show. Called and texted again and was promised they would call with a time, again no call or text and another no show.

Figured the almost $300 we paid was a lesson learned and called Rotor Router they showed the next day and took care of the back up 20% cheaper and did the repar right.?

The only plumber in Ellensburg that answered my call for an emergency drain clog problem. The other plumber calls went straight to voice mail. One of the local plumbing companies called me back the next day and said they could schedule a visit in 2 weeks at the earliest. Secure responded quickly and was able to fix my plumbing issue the same day. Professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
