I called Brad when I saw water on the exterior side wall of my home. He was so kind and helpful from the beginning. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He explained what the problem was and what was needed to be done and how he would do it. He noticed two small problems that I had along the process of fixing my slab leak by doing a reroute. He not only fixed the two smaller things, he taught me how to them too! I can't say enough about this company and Brad Chamberlain!

I took a chance on this newly licensed plumber and I am so glad I did! Brad is AWESOME! His current and VALID (I checked) license may be new, but he is not. 15 years experience working for other rather prestigious companies makes this genuinely honest and trustworthy guy very knowledgeable in his trade. Basically, he branched out on his own and is building his clientele by autographing his work with excellence and not price gouging. He shows up on time or let's you know if there's a delay, does great work and goes above and beyond...and get this...the price he quotes is what you pay. No hidden costs or upsells. As a matter of fact, he will tell you where and how to get things cheaper. He even got a part from his dealer for us with no mark-up! Since his license was so new, I went to the trouble of checking his references. To my surprise, I personally knew one of his clients. So, I gave him a try. I have no doubt that he will be in high demand by this time next year because actions really do speak louder than words. I'm just glad I got in on the ground floor because sh$& happens and I have no doubt I'm going to need him again. FYI he's a local guy- graduate of Elsinore High.

needed an emergency leak fixed and couldn't get an appointment for anyone to come out fast enough locally. A buddy recommended Brad so I gave him a call. He showed up within the hour and was able to square it away without any issues or bogus upselling. He fixed what was needed and made sure we were happy before he filled us in on what he did and what we might want to look at in the future if needed. he didn't try to kill us on price and was even as quiet as he could have been since my son was napping at the time.
