Jeanne F.These guys were hired by our landlord to fix a leak in the front yard. The first crew was okay, and while one of the guys came to our door without a mask on at one point, he promptly put it on when I asked. However the next crew that came around, was led by a super loud, obnoxious white guy who smoked, yelled from his truck and wouldn't wear his mask. Toxic masculinity galore. I'm not kidding. Yuck and creeps. They sure worked hard and fixed the leak, but it sucked having them around when I was alone at home with my baby. Also, after taking out most of the front yard dirt and shrubs to get to the pipes, they put the plants back in all the wrong places (and very poorly), and they used SO many gallons of water to pack the dirt that we now have a totally unworkable clay-like soil. Seriously, it's like cement and it is collapsing in places where they didn't fill it up properly. Total crap job. Totally obnoxious dude.
Helen W.Amazing customer service. Katheryn is on top of her game, answers emails in timely manner each time. I believe i contacted them for a quote through angie's list and i got a call back from her within an hour or so. Our project was not urgent one yet we had it done pretty fast (something like within a week or two?).
The workers were also very efficient and thorough. We had quite a digging going on, but when they were done it was hard to tell that there was anything going on at all. They took great care not to ruin our lawn beyond necessary (they used plywood under the ""wheels"" of the digger so that the damage was minimized) and then they took an entire day to clean up. They even washed the sidewalk and planted grass seeds on the disturbed lawn areas! We were very impressed and relieved we didn't have to do any of that :)
Kristin K.Angel is amazing! Our neighbor said that our shared sewer was backed up and charged us for half the work. Their sewer guy was rude and angry at us. Ends up we aren't even on their line! Angel scoped the line, showed us the video, showed up where it was in the yard and helped me find the City sewer card. This was all part of a free estimate to put in a cleanout if we wanted one. Angel was kind, knowledgeable and thorough.
Slightly unrelated, but Angel & his crew pulled over and helped me at 1am on the side of the road on the middle of highway 5 when I had a flat tire. Him and his 3 buddies asked if we needed any help and were kind enough to take my tire over to the gas station 4 miles away and bring it all the way back to see if air pressure was the issue. While this wasn't sewage work, it was a true testament to his selflessness and kindness towards others. I could cry writing this post. He truly made my whole year and I can't thank him enough for coming over to help me and my boyfriend. He will remain in my heart for a very long time. Hire this man!!!! He is a legend.
Dirt Cheap gave a great and very comprehensive estimate and explained everything to me in great detail. I was really overwhelmed with a flooding issue at my rental, but they were amazing. The price was perfect, the work was done faster than expected. Oh, and their work crew was freaking amazing! Every single person on my job was super nice. It was cool to watch the project as it was being done and to see that the trenches went exactly where they explained they would be. Such a good experience!
We had some major sewer issues and Angel was by far the most knowledgeable out of the FIVE estimates that we had. He showed us exactly what the problem was and he knew how to fix it. Many of the other estimates had some ideas of how to fix but they said they just wouldn't know until they got in there to see. We went with our gut and chose Dirt Cheap and couldn't be happier. Angel and his team were fantastic! They got the work done quickly and beat out the other estimates by a landslide. If you need sewer work done, Dirt Cheap is your company!
My wife and I recently found a big issue with our sewer line and contacted multiple companies about fixing the problem. Dirt Cheap was the only company that focused on understanding the cause of the problem and coming up with a reliable, economical solution; every other company recommended digging up the street would would have cost too much. Collin made sure that we got the problem fixed at the price we agreed on and in the timeframe he promised. He is reliable and sticks to his word.
We got the privilege or working with Angel and his crew, who were determined to get the issue fixed with a cost-effective method, despite running into a few setbacks. They were able to fully fix the problem and did not increase the price on us. We are grateful for their amazing work.
We strongly recommend working with Dirt Cheap.
Ryan E.The reviews about this crew are true, I also had a great experience with Dirt Cheap Sewers for a complete sewer replacement. From Angel initially determining the cause and location of the problem, to offering every option available and on the spot estimating with fair pricing, to delivering on exactly the promise made. Day one, they trenched by hand, in the cramped space under the deck, replaced the root destroyed pipe, and had me back in action by the end of the day. The remaining days also required hand trenching to protect a slope sensitive tree line, and even without requesting it, I watched them take care to not hurt the large primary root structures of the trees, digging under and around them to access the old line, only cutting a few that needed it. This type of care was demonstrated throughout.
Accessing the portion under the house required cutting the slab, and a touch of jack hammering, but before the work began, Austin and Poncho took the time to seal off the rest of the house, as well as some belongings left in the basement. This crew works hard, staying as late as it took each night to finish the days portion of work and get me reconnected, while being receptive to my questions or specific requests. Then, at the end of it all, after back-filling and pouring me a beautiful cement patch, gifting me two new and more convenient clean outs, they literally cleaned my basement better than they found it.
This is a stellar crew, very easy to work with, and I am extremely pleased with the result. I definitely feel like I got my money's worth with these guys.
They worked on switching my home from septic to sewer. They are fast, reliable and way cheaper than the 4 other companies that quoted the job. The workers are very knowledgeable and friendly.
Rick M.Amazing service. Found them on Yelp. Just like so many reviews before, these guys are the best--especially Angel. He went way out his way to help us with an emergency sewer connection and septic decommissioning. Honest, trustworthy and courteous all the way through.
