We had a waterline break due to the freezing cold weather. Collin and his team came out to fix the problem and made my issue a priority. The team was responsive and timely, they fixed/repaired the issue, were cost effective (as indicated in the name) and allowed us to have water once again. Thanks Dirt Cheap Sewer!

I am so very grateful I decided to go with Dirt Cheap! When I was advised to have my outside water line replaced (43yo house) I was incredibly stressed and overwhelmed. I was told the whole process would be astronomical and invasive so even though I wanted to get it taken care of I was also putting off the call. I felt very reassured as soon as Kathy answered the call. She was comforting and empathetic and was able to have Sergio come out to my house the next day. He and his team were very respectful and professional from beginning to end. I felt very comfortable and knew my home was in capable hands. I could just relax and trust them. Sergio was very communicative all throughout, explaining the work, along with being patient in answering all of my questions. They use high-quality tools and
materials as well. At the end of each day the crew made sure to clean up carefully. Now when I turn on the water I don't feel sick wondering if another leak is brewing and how much money I would be throwing at just putting a ""band-aid"" on the problem. They came out the same day that our old sewer line backed up from the heavy rains we had a couple months ago. Cannot beleive how honest they were. It is an old line that has not been used for decades. They said I could easily, effectively and cheaply fix the problem with hydrolic cement. And he did not even charge for the visit. I felt bad about that an offered to pay something which he refused. Next job I have is going to Dirt Cheap Sewer!

Angel is amazing! He came out on a Sunday , found my problem and I hired him on the spot...didn't even get another bid. He was honest and explained everything very thoroughly and his crew was out the next day. They work so hard and they did a fabulous job!! I am recommending them to anyone who has a sewer issue!

Between our 2 properties, we have used Dirt Cheap on 3 occasions and on each job, they have not disappointed. This group of folks, start to finish, is so polite, knowledgeable, communicative, hardworking and very HONEST. They might not be the biggest outfit but we have no complaints. There are several good companies that do great work but we always come back to Dirt Cheap because the pricing is hard to beat and we don't feel like there is any drop-off in work product quality by paying less. Dirt Cheap is a really good company with a level of integrity that is quite refreshing in a very competitive field. Angel Cervantes and Kathy Myers were are field and office contacts respectively and we feel like we were in great hands throughout the process! The most recent breech was at our primary residence and it was a major repair. One doesn't spend 30K lightly but because of our history with Dirt Cheap, we felt confident they had represented the damage accurately and presented us with a remedy plan that would be cost effective and long term. We are very pleased with the outcome and happy to write this review.

We just moved into a newly purchased home and found out the water main line just outside the front door was leaking - water came out of the ground and water meter moved very fast. Fortunately we found Dirt Cheap - the owner came to checkout the issue without charging us trip fee and gave us a very reasonable quote for replacing the main line. Katheryn is amazing in answering our questions and quickly working out details and schedules. The crew did a great job quickly replacing the water main line, installing a main water switch off and a yard hydrant, and clearing up the field and recovering lawn - all finished in two days with professional manner. We are very satisfied with and thankful for their work and would highly recommend their services. We'll definitely hire them again for any plumbing work in the future.

Great service for reasonable cost. We had a drain line for our downspouts that was clogged, so that in a hard rain the water would back up into our house. Not good. They came out and fixed it in no time, and described an easy fix so it won't happen again. These guys rock.

I had the unfortunate circumstance of a water line leak from my meter to my house. Dirt Cheap was the first vendor to come out to my house; educate me on what was happening; and all of my options. Working with them was a delight as the staff in the office, and the crew on site worked HARD to fix my issue. I felt like I was their only customer, and they dropped everything to come fix my problem! They had my issue resolved in 48 hours; permits and inspection in all! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend Dirt Cheap Sewer for their professional, courteous, and efficient service at a very reasonable price. I own a rental house in Seattle, and the tenants had a backup in the toilet and shower. Sergio came out right away to diagnose the problem with a camera attached to a cable line that showed massive root intrusions causing the blockage. He explained everything very carefully and took the time to answer any questions I had. Due to the extreme deterioration of the 100-year old pipes, and the fact the pipes will clog again due to further root intrusions in the future, I decided to have the pipes replaced once and for all. Sergio and his crew started the job quickly and completed the project in 3 days. The blockage was immediately resolved, and the tenants were not inconvenienced during the 3-day pipe replacement phase except for a short 1-hour period when they could not use water. Also, the concrete pathway that needed to be broken up to gain access to the pipes was restored nicely, with new concrete poured where necessary. I was very happy with Dirt Cheap's services!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I read a lot of reviews on plumbers, and called several, but it wasn't until I called Dirt Cheap that I felt confident in my decision. Katheryn, the manager, was very informative, friendly, and professional. She had someone come out the next day, free of charge, to give us a bid on the job. He wasn't pushy, explained what would be done, and recommended we get other bids before deciding which company was best for us. We're so glad we chose Dirt Cheap! The guys arrived at the agreed time, were professional, and did an amazing job replacing the water pipe from the street to our house. When I got home from work, and saw the yard, I thought they hadn't even been there. They did such an amazing job putting everything back the way it had been before they started digging ( and they had to do A LOT of digging ) that I will choose this company each and every time I need a plumber :)
