My water heater started leaking from the bottom on Sunday 6/3/18 & a call was made to the home warranty company who referred us to Second Opinion Plumbing.
This same day Albert from this company came out & made certain a hose was put on to the defective water heater to empty out any remaining water. He advised he would be back the following day Monday 6/4 with a new water heater. True to his word he came with a replacement & installed it in a timely manner without problems.
Albert is a professional who knows exactly what he was doing. He is an asset to Second Opinion Plumbing & I am hopeful that the home warranty company stays with this company rather than sending a handyman who is NOT a plumber.

Our home warranty company sent this company for a plumbing call. The guy literally walked in and said ""Can't do anything about it, it's coming from your neighbor's side. That will be $75.""

I am not a rocket scientist but knew it was coming through the condo next door! But HE STILL CHARGED! Most of the time the will say sorry can't help but here is what I suggest...
This company is so rotten and crooked and took the $ from my disabled veteran son. Go to H-E double hockey sticks!

Our insurance used this company to come and fix the plumbing in our home after we had moved in and was in the home for only 7 days. Armando was so kind and knowledgeable and he did everything we asked and he really thought outside the Box to try to get our problem fixed. Unfortunately our home didn't have what he needed for it to be fixed the 1st day, so he came back the next day and he fixed it within 20 minutes of working on it. He was knowledgeable extremely kind and he was a gentleman to work with. I felt comfortable with him in my home, he was a young man but he really knew what he was talking about. He didn't lead us on or cause us any additional stress with such a stressful problem happening. He took the time to explain things to us, and he was very courteous, he treated our home with respect and he did everything that he could to fix our problem, and he did get it fixed. I am very happy with this company and I would recommend Armando to anyone to come and fix any plumbing problems they have.

These company is terrible! My water pressure control valve is leaking. They came out through my homeowners insurance and decided they needed to modify my pipes because the part is no longer available. My homeowners insurance does not cover modifications. They were going to charge me an extra $200 to fix it. I had another company come out for a second opinion and said it was a common part and an easy fix. They had the part in the truck. Now I'm out $75 for the home warranty. I do not recommend this company to anyone. They try to make as much money as they possible can from anyone!!!! I bought my own water pressure control valve and fixed it in 5 minutes. All I did was watch a video on you tube. With your reply, you are still standing behind your bogus claim I had to have my pipes altered. Shame on you and your unfaithful business !!!

Very rude people. Cut into a power line killing all power to our living room and made a big mess. When asked if he will clean his mess before he leaves, he answered that he is not going to. When asked what happens to the cut power line, he answered it is safe under the leaking pipe that they didn't fix. After several attempts to contact that company and got hung up on, the manager called back and argued with me. He ended the call with f*** You. We contacted them this morning to speak to the owner, we were told that he doesn't normally come in but she will leave him a note. And their solution to the problem is to give our case to a different company.

DO NOT use this company. Unfortunately for me, they were contracted by my home warranty company and I had no choice. They did not call in the time allotted by the home warranty to schedule the service. When I called to follow-up HENRY answered the phone. Very irritated and rushed. He told me it isn't going to help arguing with him and that the sooner i tell the warranty company he didn't get it the better. He did send someone that same day and they said they couldn't perform the replacement until we did a few code modifications that were not covered by the warranty company. When his technician came to replace the unit, we asked why we needed to pay an additional fee for something that seemed like it should be covered. His response was the home warranty company order the wrong replacement which required the additional expense. When my husband asked why we should be responsible for the fee, HENRY became very upset and started screaming F this and F that and you better pay or we will put a lien on your home. What? This was over a very simple question of Why. We weren't rude. We weren't upset. We just wanted to know. HENRY continued on his tirade with F'ing every other word and was quite threatening.

If you are using a home warranty company, you can request NOT to have this company be assigned to you. They will NOT be coming back to my house! I'm not sure why HENRY feels it's okay to run a business with so much hate and zero customer service. The only way to let him know that is not acceptable is to NOT patronize his business.
