We was flipping a house in Indy, our contractor Sub-contracted Second Opinion for the plumbing work. Our contractor had so much trouble with the owners that the project manager had to step in to deal with the plumbers. We ask Second Opinion to add a tankless water heater instead of the regular one they were originally charging our contractor for. They had us pay over $2000.00 for the tankless and Second Opinion refused to credit the contractor for the one in their contract. So Second Opinion got paid twice for a water heater. This companies men are dishonest and lie about their work. We ask why a outside water spigot hadn't been put in and was told four times it had been complete... it was ONLY completed on the fourth request. I would NEVER recommend this plumbing company to anyone! The project manager upon first meeting one of the owners was very offended due to the cursing the owner was doing in front of her 3 yrs old grandson. This company is dishonest & unprofessional.

The driver of their truck cussed me out because I was using the only diesel pump at speedway. I didn't know it was the only diesel pump and it was was slow anyways. Very rude and unprofessional. He honked and yelled at me instead of saying something like a reasonable human.

I had a great experience with these guys !! It's never fun to have a plumbing problems, but they were great. They were quick, professional, polite, and helpful. I would use the them again and recommend them to anyone!

Larger companies quoted me thousands to replace my sewer line cause the digging involved. This company came out showed it didn't need replaced just cleaned. They used what they called a jetter. Never heard of the jetter but I understand money. $650 is a lot better than $6000. They camered in the pipe, shoed me on screen the stuff blocking the pipe (twigs, dirt, and other stuff) hour later they showed again and it was clear. Every drain in my house emptied perfectly now. This company is the truth that we as people need. You may not understand the terms these companies use but money is universal.

I have had plumbers out to my house every year to cable my outside sewer for the past 3 years. Every plumber that came out and cables the sewer eventually said I need to spend over $8000 to replace my sewer. This year I had second opinion come out and they cleaned my sewer with a jet machine and left me a 5 year warranty and said my sewer doesn't need replaced just because of the roots. I was completely shocked that I've never been given the option of this cleaning. I will recommend second opinion plumbing to all my friends and family from now on!
