Austin is the best service/repair guy I have ever encountered in all the years I have rented and owned a home. Very professional and patient. He answered my questions about the repairs and explained things thoroughly. He was even considerate enough to vacuum the area he worked in which is a sign of someone who truly cares about personal service. And, to top it all off, because my daughter was asleep on the couch, Austin was respectful and tiptoed around as he passed by.

Wold give negative 5 stars if I could. Had to kick the guy off my property because he found it nessary to argue with me about what I could and could not afford. Not acceptable behavior or service. Do not call these people and expect anything but some jerk telling you that you have to buy something from them that you told them when you made the appointment that you were not going to be able to afford at this time. So only call these horrible people if you want to be made to feel like crap about not being able to afford 1000$ worth of toilets from them unacceptable no excuse. Worst service of anything ever

These guys are great. Was the seventh company I reached out to on a Sunday when the AC went out at 110. Got the nice and cold again thanks to Austin our tech. Price was the best, they went above and beyond, and did I say our AC is working lol.

What I valued the most from our initial consultation with Justin is that he made me feel like my machine was good once I replaced the issues. So many companies have made me feel uneasy about this unit that have done service.

So they are my company. Thank you Austin and Justin for helping us out so quickly and NO FISH DIED!

We had a issue with my toilet (kids drop a toy) the guy came out the same day, the most honest, fast and fun plumber we've had he fix the sink too without extra charge.

This is my plumber - forever. These guys are the best. Honest and hard working. They will NOT take a payment until your issue is resolved. I had a whole-house blockage and it was bad. I had offers from other plumbers to repair an outside crack in a clay pipe that led from the pump-out to the city sewer ranging from $6,500 to over $28,000 to reline my entire home. Second Opinion came by and diagnosed that the blockage was inside my home and that the outside repair could wait. They started working late in the afternoon and could not get the pipe clear. Two guys came by early the next morning and got busy until the pipe was clear. The charge was a very fair $350. A far cry from the $6500 that the other guys wanted to charge. And the other repairs would NOT have solved my blockage issue. These guys are honest, dedicated, fair, and very reasonably priced. I will NEVER use another plumber in the valley. I feel lucky to have found them. I almost gave the other guys the go-ahead to fix the damaged pipe outside that would not have solved the blockage. I dodged a bullet! If there were a sixth star - I'd click on that for Second Opinion Plumbing.

Family night was saved!
We found out we had a clogged sewage line, probably due to the amount of people doing their business, because the toilets backed up. This never happened before so we went down the line of plumbing companies on Yelp, looking for someone to help us around 9PM at night, but they all quoted 3-4 hours out. We finally reached Kyle here at Second Opinion Plumbing and he said 30 min-1 hr! Kyle came over, gave us the low-down, and BAM! toilets and kids were happy once again. He even said he will come back to take pictures inside the sewage line to show us what possibly happened. The price wasn't overpriced at all. Thanks a lot Kyle! We will definitely keep your card and recommend Second Chance Plumbing to people in our area.

My tub and sink were leaking, I called first thing in the morning and within an hour someone was at my house. They were able to fix both things at a very good price. I would highly recommend them.

They came out the same day and had us fixed up in no time. We had a frozen pipe that cracked and we lost water to the house. Ryan was extremely helpful and told us the long term solution to the bigger issue we had.
