Aaron was great to work with. He reached out to us after doing a scope for our neighbors (we have a shared line) and mentioned that he noticed some debris in our pipes and would be happy to come out and check our side of the line. We had been battling with a rodent problem for over 9 months and did extensive cleaning, repairs and siding work to try to figure out how they were getting in. As it turns out, they were tunneling under our foundation from a hole in our sewer line that we had no idea about. Had Aaron not reached out we would likely still be trying to diagnose the problem. Aaron was easy to schedule with, got the work done promptly- helped us understand what the issues were and what we could do in the future to improve some mistakes made by the previous owners. Him and his partner also stayed late to finish the job on the final day ahead of schedule. He also helped us understand what portion of the work was our responsibility/our neighbors & provided separate invoices for a joint job. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a scope/additional work & diagnosis.
