Phil assessed the condition of our clogged downspout drains. He described several options to restore drainage, and quoted the cost of each. We agreed on an approach, which he carried out. He was prompt, friendly, thorough, and his prices were lower than other quotes we had gotten. Would recommend.

I cannot recommend the Seattle Sewer Guy more highly.

Last Sunday my wife and I woke up to 3 inches of standing water in our basement. Like most who have found themselves in this situation we panicked. We called around to everyone we could on Yelp and because the rains had been so bad, we were having a hard time finding anyone to help.

Enter Phil. My wife called him and he was at our house in under 45 minutes. He immediately knew what to do to get the water out of our house. He then scoped our system and quickly diagnosed the root cause, a broken storm drain. I couldn't believe how reasonable his quote was to fix it, and we are moving forward with the fix.

Phil is extremely knowledgeable, honest, direct and responsive in his communication with clients. As a customer this is refreshing! We knew we could trust him and that he cared when after he fixed our crisis that Sunday, he didn't accept payment that day and said he knew we had enough to deal with and we could pay him later.

He even came back out the next day to check on us and make sure things hadn't regressed. He informed us of a great temporary fix we could put in place until the permanent work could be completed.

Phil saved the day for us this week. He worked his magic on our sump pump which stopped working during several days of heavy rain. He has done several jobs for us in the past couple of years. He is always friendly and respectful of us and our property.

I got a call from the tenant at my rental house. Sewage was coming out of the ground on the side of the house! Panic! Checking on Yelp, I had a sewer guy come out to look and give an estimate. He told me what was wrong (needed to put in a cleanout) and gave an estimate. I felt the estimate was really high but what was I going to do? Fortunately, a neighbor came by. He told me he had used the Seattle Sewer Guy for a similar problem and was really happy with the service. So I called SSG. Fortunately, he was able to come right away. Same diagnosis but a better price. He was able to get to work right away and 4 hours later he was done, and as a bonus, he put in an extra cleanout, no extra charge! I'm very pleased with Seattle Sewer Guy! I'll definitely use again if needed!
